Parking was reasonably priced but very tight.

The location was perfect for walking around Palermo- just outside of the historic center but well within walking distance of everything. Hotel was very clean. Room was very comfortable and well furnished. Cost wise it was a deal. Nothing

The room and swimming pool are okay The location of hotel and the office entrance location, is horrible. The girl at reception was very nice. No attendant after 8 pm. Pool close at 7 pm. And I had to push (on arrival and departure) your luggage thru pebbles and then a long ramp, far behind in the back. The hotel would be okay if office was at the front. Very inconvenient!!!!!

It was close to the downtown area, that was the only good thing about this property We were without air conditioning for two consecutive nights. We repeatedly informed the front desk staff, who assured us that the issue would be addressed, but no action was taken. At one point, we were instructed to return to our room and wait 10 minutes, yet no one ever came to resolve the problem. We also contacted Booking regarding a refund, but unfortunately, we did not receive meaningful assistance. In addition, the response from the reception staff was disappointing and lacked professionalism. Overall, the situation was handled poorly, resulting in a very unsatisfactory experience

the location was great, reception staff was friendly. Breakfast was good although mostly/ only pastries and carbs. the parking was expensive ( 25 euros ) and very small. room was mostly clean but i dropped soemthing under the bed and could barely reach under to get it because of the huge amounts of dust and dirt under the bed. Room was small for 3 people. location was initially hard to find with google map

Good value for money. Nothing specialy.

Breakfast was very poor. It was mostly pastries, bread, and cereal. Need more fruit options. I can’t eat gluten or dairy, so not much for me. A hard boiled egg and apple is not much for breakfast . Also, it was very noisy. Room walls were thin. Guests in neighboring rooms were very loud and kept me from sleeping.

the room, location was perfect, breakfast quite good, enough for 2 nights, the staff was helpful , especially the receptionist (I forgat his name unfortunatelly), parking possibility right under the hotel

Location, location, location. This hotel is perfectly situated just outside the pedestrian zone so it's easy to reach by vehicle. it is steps away from the Teatro Massimo and the heart of the pedestrian tourist area. You cannot beat the location. The breakfast was adequate, with some sliced meats and cheese, pastries, juice and few other cold items, typical for Europe. Elevators worked well the whole time, street noise was very minimal despite a few restaurants below. TV was a little small and couldn't find any channels in English for international travelers but that's not a big deal. Shower vent motor was a bit dirty and could use a cleaning. Overall it's a good place to stay since you are only there to sleep and should be gone all day to see the city and sights.

Front desk was so unfriendly. I would never stay there again except for the location I would rate it a two-star at best. The room with very very small. The size of a cell. Couldn't get the windows open the safe locked itself nobody could open it for a day. Tried to call the front desk no one answered . There was no indication on the phone how to reach the front desk they should had instructions to call 9 for the front desk. there was no message. The chair had a hole in it and the drywall on the wall was in desperate need of repair. The room was cold and the ratty blanket in the closet ooked like it had been used by way too many people Whenever we ask for help we were put off . They cater to Italian speaking guests. Tthe breakfast is nothing to speak of. When you don't feel welcome and people stare and glare at you and don't even say hello it's not a possibility for a second stay. The older man with the white hair behind the front desk during the day was about his unfriendly as they come couldn't even manage to smile for a hello or anything other than glaring.

The room was spacious and clean The air conditioning does not work at this time of the year. The pillows were very flat, quite uncomfortable.
-
Location is incredibly good, right on pedestrian area, but has its own parking for 25 euro that can be very conveniant, spacious room, helpful stuff
-
Location was very good. The air conditioner did not work at all, the WiFi was bad, the stove in the kitchen couldn’t be turned on, For our four nights, the room was not cleaned, and bed sheets and towels were changed only once. Since the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was very stuffy, we tried to sleep with the windows open, but it was very noisy.
-
Very good place, in the middle of the center, very close to Massimo Theater.

As part of the hotel, parking garage for me was a big plus. Excellent location, put the car away and walk to all points of interest and City bus tours. Breakfast room is not large enough during peak times or if the hotel is full, had to wait for a table to become available.

Location is terrific in the middle of everything. The room is very clean and the staff is very good. If you want 70° temperature the AC does not make the room as cool as you would like. I brought fans and it was helpful.
-
Pretty decent Bathroom had a broken and dangerously protruding sharp toilet paper holder. Should be fixed immediately
-
The location is good, very close to the main center and shopping streets The AC is non existent, our room only cooled 2f from 79f to 77ff. We had a hot stay. I asked the reception for another room, however they said all rooms run off the same AC. Unless you like to sleep in a sauna, I suggest picking another hotel during the hot summer months.

So the hotel has traditional hotel rooms and then what we would consider suites in the U.S. we booked a suite which came with a kitchen. For the money we spent, we got an AMAZING bargain. The room as spacious and comfortable. We stocked the refrigerator with snacks and drinks so we could kick back and relax in the evenings. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, opting instead to get coffee out and have it with fresh danish and yogurt we purchased the day before. It made for relaxed and quiet mornings. The street outside is busy into the early hours so we had to sleep with the windows closed at night. But we had some nice breezes to cool it off in the evening since it was too early for air conditioning The hotel is convenient to the historical district, the harbour and shopping. There are lots of restaurant options nearby and bodegas to pick up small things you might need. The room was not well stocked so we bought body wash, tissues and some other comforts we needed. If you plan to use the kitchen, I suggest getting a small dish soap and wash pad. Again, there are lots of nearby places to get those things as well as fresh ingredients if you want to prepare meals. The elevator was really small and tight. Not much the hotel can do about that and fortunately traveling with friends, we managed to navigate it just fine.

The hotel is close to most cultural and historical sites. Size of the shower cabin
