Twin beds too small and very uncomfortable

Closeness to main area Too close to bar/restaurants. First night kept awake till two am with loud music. Second night was worse- extremely loud music, people in the streets partying and motorcycles raving their engines. This went on till three am. Therefore minimal sleep for both nights.

Great location and looks pretty Weak AC working only when you’re in. Also it’s not cooling a one bedroom apartment being set on 16C - coolant must be renewed or at least AC cleaned. That’s a torture when 37C outside and the building is cooking all day long. Moreover the lobby is not cooled by AC, but it’s installed there. Bathroom has a very loud splashing noises even when you’re not taking shower or using a toilet. Thanks to the host who provided earplugs in advance?

The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the room had a great clean feel! The room was practical and useful, with a bench to open our suitcases on, a kettle and even a minifridge. Excellent value for money! The drain in the shower took a bit to drain but nothing major!

I don't think I've ever had a worse time during a holiday than I had staying here. First off, the booking description is misleading, this is not a B&b, this is an apartment with a few private rooms, that does NOT offer breakfast. And there is a sign in the kitchen telling guest they should NOT use it, as it is just for administration, or something like that. Not anywhere on the Booking description does the owner specify that this is a shared apartment, with little privacy (you can hear everybody moving around, going to their bathrooms etc.). He tells you this (apparently) in his follow up private messages, AFTER you book with him. Great! Basically catfishing. Second, we haven't been able to sleep. I mean we've been in many parts of Italy (so "this is Italy" does not work), other islands as well (so "this is island life" also does not work), always stayed in the city center (so "but it's the city center, what did you expect " also does not work), but never had to deal with what can only be described as extremely loud club music from 10-11 pm until 2-3 am. How is this thing tolerated, I do not know. Unacceptable! How this place only had one bad review on Google is baffling. Reading all the reviews about the cleaniness or whatnot... Who cares about clean floors when you can't sleep? Or when the bathroom stinks because of it's inappropriate plumbing? This is the worst place to stay if you're actually trying to have a relaxing time and sleep during the night. I'm actually typing this at midnight, because even though I am wearing ear plugs and have a white noise on maximum, the beat of the music is so loud, there's no chance of me sleeping. I'm just waiting it out. P.S. After I finished writing my review and after we checked out, guess what! The host canceled our booking on Booking.com, making it seem like we skipped our reservation.

Great hoist: welcome us event a bit late, sending all information for check in well in advance and provide us a lot of information for our stay; Location quite good: walkable to the historic center Bathroom quite small. Kitchen and microwave are not available for use

Everything was really great, very clean. Good location for seeing a lot of the sights and some nice restaurants nearby. The room was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful when my grandma was feeling ill. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone else.

Excellent property and location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Management and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great, no complaints about my stay at all. Will absolutely book again.
