For a couple, it probably is a nice little getaway property, but with that being said, only when the renovations in the building are completed. I was expecting to go to 1 address, which is stated on booking.com, but prior to arrival, Maximum had WhatsApp me directly to give me a different address. When I got to the area where the apartment was located, trying to park the car was nearly impossible as my dad has difficulty walking and uses a stick, fortunately after 20 minutes of doing laps we got a space, we walked on to Via Onorato and seen a building covered in scaffolding, this turned out to be where we were staying, as it was near 6pm we dropped bags quickly and went out for dinner. Next morning and at 7:00-7:15 am I was awoken by hammering and drilling and buildings talking/shouting in the flat directly above it felt like, so this was very annoying, as prior to staying at no point had we been aware there was construction/renovation on going in the building and therefore we couldn't decide to look else where. I bite my lip got up and went to shower, NO HOT WATER, tried for a few minutes to see if would click in but no, then tried all taps, by now it's near 8am, I contacted booking.com to complain and request a refund as well as message MAXIMUM on WhatsApp. Maximum stated they do not need to supply a refund and will fix hot water later in the day, but I tried explaining the construction on going in the building is a main issue for me (my dad has sleep issues and is a extremely light sleeper, so tends to sleep 2 hours at 2 points in the night, wakes up due to serious back pains, and again will try to nap at 2pm day time) with ongoing works there was no way to really ensure he would have sufficient sleep as and when he required. The property owners were not compassionate in any way. I decided to book a new hotel and move out by 9am.

The cleaning lady was super kind and nice. She was giving us tips on how to get to the beach and what bus to take. The place was super clean. The breakfast was only a croissant and a glass of juice with a toast! So I was shocked about it but wouldn’t complain. Also there wasn’t any closet of wardrobe in our room so we had to have all in suitcase.

The infrared sauna was ok. Bath, too, if warm water is available. The address of the accommodation is not what is advertised. It is in a completely different place and not the most beautiful place. The offer also included breakfast, which was not provided, they said there were problems with the bar, which was also at a separate address. We arrived on Saturday, breakfast was promised for Monday. 5€ for two was offered as compensation. On Monday, no one was interested in our breakfast. There are no plates in the room, although there is a microwave. There was no balcony or terrace, which was in the offer. There was no SAT-TV, only Youtube. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. We were only able to stay two of our three nights at this property. We chose a new hotel. There was also no hot water on the first night, which we got late at night. Entering the house inconvenient, plus an unpleasant smell in the stairwell. The pictures of the property are well taken and correspond to what is shown. But I'll add some more pictures of the entries:

Nothing The entrance hall was a ruin. the facade was currently being renovated and was in the scaffolding. We killed 3 cockroaches in the room and the hot water ran out after a shower. The air conditioning only works in one room. The other two in the kitchen and bathroom had no remote control. The upper room was used as a stacking area. Finally, it's better to keep quiet about breakfast. A coffee and cookie... the rest is payable. Never slept so badly.

Contemporary and clean. A very brief stay. A nice touch to have a light snack and coffee available outside the room in the morning. Damp smell in the entrance.

Since you get into room it's nice. MAY 2024. First of all, directions that were sent were wrong, and we got a taxi from the airport to find out that the directions were wrong. He booked us at another location. He said it was a miscommunication. We had to walk with 4 suitcases several blocks to the new location. The building is under major renovations. Construction crew banging and sawing, etc, at 7 am every weekday. Asked to have them start later or relocate us. The owner refused to do either and wouldn't let us out of contract. Owner says that breakfast is included, but when asked, he gave a loction that was a 35 min walk. LOOKS HORRIBLE, like an abandoned horror house.

Very noisy and would not recommend this place weekdays over the weekends especially. There is a bar across the road which plays music till 1.30 am. You can hear most of the streets noise plus dogs barking, cars, rubbish trucks etc No cupboard space just one mini hanging bar with 3 hangers.

Excellent room and facilities Decor and room a bit dark

It was a very Nice and clean room in a very central place in Palermo! The overflow system on the Jacuzzi is not properly connected which caused the room to flood. Parking was a bit tricky.
