Great! Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive Sharing a bathroom but it was the deal :):). And it was very clean

The only downside is the breakfast. If having a good-quality breakfast is important to you, this may not be the best choice. It was actually my mistake because I didn’t read the description carefully enough and expected something more substantial. However, considering the price, the accommodation is absolutely worth it even without breakfast. One more suggestion: it would be great if you could provide a clothes drying rack. We found it quite difficult to dry our towels and swimsuits.

Nice, clean, staff was great

The cleanliness of the apartment was great What I didn’t like was the neighborhood being very lively at night. People were outside and it was noisy until around 3 AM. This was not related to the landlord.

It was very convenient to key locations, restaurants, the market and bus to /from the airport.

i loved the check in process, since the moment I booked, Francy the owner replied immediately to my questions and contacted me on what's app helping me out with logistics. Ornella checked me in and she is absolutely lovely, professional and efficient. The location is great, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are brand new and clean. The style of the apartment may not be everyone's taste, however it's done with care and love and you can feel it. I felt safe, looked after and I would definitely go back. I highly recommend this place. The value for money is off the charts. within that price range... I think nothing could have been better.

I loved the central location, being just steps away from Politeama, which made it easy to explore Palermo. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, and the host was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Honestly, I didn’t find anything to dislike during my stay.

The a/c Everything not to mention the internet was not working while I was there. The area was loud at night and felt unsafe for a single female. The coffee machine was broken breakfast consisted of a tray in the room with crackers one croissant and Madeline in plastic and some jam. They give you one their pods for the coffee medicine but the machine was not working anyway. Additional ones cost 50cents. There is a charge for everything there. Disappointed.

The property is in a central location, very secure. It’s a big bedroom room with a shared bath. I did not see anybody else during my time there so the shared bathroom was mostly used by me. Some late street noise but you get used to it. The continental breakfast is packaged baked goods. I don’t remember if it said breakfast included or if that was just a bonus, just be aware if it says breakfast included that’s what it is. There is coffee in the morning, which is great.

The breakfast was OK, they provided the drinks all day! The owner Francesco is very friendly and helpful! The room is huge and spotless! with artistic decisions! Heating in the room works well! There's also extra blankets in room for us to use! I think the owner is a very thoughtful person! I would highly recommend this BnB!! No complaints!

We spent our last night here. The room was very clean, lots of restaurants nearby. There was a bus stop very near the bnb that took us to the airport. The bathroom is individual, but not inside the room. You need to cross a common corridor to reach it. It was very noisy. The double glazing did not prevent the loud Saturday street noise.

Clean, chill, good location and very friendly reception

The location was great and it was easy to communicate with the host both prior to and during the stay. Since I was working during my stay, wifi was really important for me which worked really well. I would consider booking the place again when next time in Palermo :)
