The breakfast was the best part-very good selection and pastries were the highlight. Other than that, hard to find anything else we really liked about this hotel. Rude staff at check-in. Gave us wrong room from what we booked and that room had a prior ceiling leak which developed mold. Finally got correct room. Even though we had twin beds, housekeepers seemed unable to remember to provide two hand towels daily. They also gave use two regular and two decaf instant coffee packets at check in, but could never get them to leave regular again after that. Had to call to desk every day to get it delivered, and one time, the housekeeper brought the wrong coffee twice before finally getting it right!! The pool was a nightmare. 15% of the lounge chairs are broken, no one picks up used drink glasses or water bottles that guests leave behind, so the pool is a littered mess by end of day. Only ONE co-ed bathroom for the pool and pool-side restaurant that is just filthy by end of day. And the pool is located by a busy road, so all you hear is traffic and sirens-not a relaxing, peaceful environment at all. Lastly, this hotel is not as walkable to Centro Storico or main sights as they will lead you to believe, At least 20 mins to get to anything noteworthy. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Excellent location and very clean Helpful staff Swimming pool is tight and shortage of towels

The rooms were clean and simple and comfortable. It was next to a cool looking castle. The staff were nice. The pool was only open 9a-7pm. In the summer it should be open longer. It was still 97 degrees F at 21:00 and we would have liked going in the pool before bed to cool off. Also as many say there are not enough loungers for the number of guests. The location is just ok as it is loud near the street. Overall the hotel was pretty charmless and generic. I wouldn’t stay there again.

La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e curata. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Anche la colazione e il ristorante meritano una nota di merito: ottima qualità e buona varietà. Ci sono però un paio di aspetti che, secondo noi, potrebbero essere migliorati. Avevamo scelto questo hotel anche per la presenza della piscina, ma purtroppo non siamo mai riusciti a utilizzarla. Essendo piuttosto piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti, già all'apertura del mattino tutti i lettini venivano occupati con gli asciugamani, rendendola di fatto inutilizzabile per chi arrivava poco dopo. Sarebbe utile una gestione più attenta di questa situazione. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera. Lo abbiamo subito segnalato e ci è stato risposto che, essendo una località di mare, è una cosa che può capitare. Comprendiamo il contesto, ma da un hotel di questa categoria ci saremmo aspettati una gestione diversa della situazione. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ci siamo trovati bene. Con qualche accorgimento in più, l'esperienza potrebbe essere davvero eccellente.

The pool area was a welcome treat in the heat. Poolside drinks and food available. Comfortable room. Nice walking area along the beach opposite and plenty of eateries around. Reasonably close to central station. N/A

Large hotel with good infrastructure and breakfast.

Friendly staff. Staff was able to clean the room quickly in the morning which was nice. Good breakfast, lovely outside patio. Good selection and variety at breakfast, however we have no allergies. The pool was a hit with my 5 year old. Very quiet and relaxing and not overly busy. Lunch was decent with good service. The area overall was not somewhere id stay again. Didn’t feel unsafe, but very rundown and not ideal for daytime wandering. Close to bus stop. Taxis hang out in front of the hotel but are a massive rip off, better off ordering your own.

This was a beautifully clean hotel with a view of the park and water. They had a restaurant and bar in the lobby and a nice swimming pool. My room was very spacious especially for a European hotel room. I had a very private balcony with a table and chairs. A mini fridge was great for my beverages and leftovers from dinner. Was everything I needed Nothing. Great stay

The exercise bike in our room was awesome! The pool was great, breakfast was amazing, and Julia at the front desk was great.

Windows are old and they not suppressing the noise. It was impossible to sleep because of noise from the street - a specially loud exhaust from tuning cars and loud music from party mooders.

Air conditioning not functioning properly

Nicely appointed room, Top notch cleanliness, staff and restaurant was better than expected. For the price, and the way they keep up this place, it sould be rated at 5 stars not 4. I made a mistake when booking and only paid for 1 night. The staff was "able to extend my stay" for an extra hundred for the second night. I felt like they were absolutely taking advantage of me.

Very nice located and the beds were good It wasn’t getting truly cleaned everyday, we had to call and ask for towels because ours weren’t renewed.

The location near the railway station and nearby restaurants. Air-conditioning didn't work well. It shut off on its own, making it quite stuffy.
