A wonderful stay, the room was spacious, the staff were fantastic, and the street it's located on was quiet. Staff were responsive via whatsapp, and even drove us to the airport in the early hours of the morning. We are incredibly grateful for these lovely hosts. N/A.

there is not someone at the front desk 24-7 so sometimes you check in and out yourself with a key, and there's no elevator

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this amazing property. It was a great value and a true hidden gem in the capital city of Palermo.

We loved our stay here. The owners are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, as well as the breakfast. It was great that they had their own shuttle to the airport. We like the neighborhood very much too. We will stay there if we are in Palermo again.

The staff and rooms were exactly what we needed for our quick 1 night stop. Could have easily and happily did a few more days there is our schedule would have allowed it. Easily walkable to lively blocks and historic sites.

Lovely neighborhood close to excellent eateries, a beautiful park, and the marina. Noisy til 2:30 am from a bar or restaurant below my window. Noisy bathroom fan came on with the only light switch. 3rd floor walk up to my room. The person who answered the front door when I arrived didn’t alert me to the fact that the door was only 5’ height and I hit my head quite hard entering. Later, the large doors were opened in which the short door was a part.

You need to keep an eye out on your WhatsApp messages. That is how the management contacts you to give you the code so you can get in. There is no one on the desk full time. So a couple of hours before you expect to arrive, find some WiFi and check for a message. Be sure and have a meal at Antica Foccaceria in front of San Francesco ( sadly closed because of renovations.) Communication. Maybe the listing could provide some clarity so that one doesn't end up standing outside wondering why the bell doesn't work.

The property had a certain charm. The room was spacious. It was quiet considering it was near a very lively area. The host was very accommodating allowing me to leave my luggage before check in so that I could explore the city. He then brought the luggage to my room. The noisy a/c and the fact that I didn’t quite understand how to operate the remote.

Great location, under 15 minutes walking from the main train/bus station. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was charming as ever, cute balcony and over all nice decorative touches.

the location was perfect, very central. close to the train station close to city center. Down the block from my favorite wine bar was an added bonus!! nothing to complain about

The location was great with everything within walking distance. The room that I booked was spacious and well maintained and included breakfast with a variety of options. The staff and owners are wonderful. They are friendly and always attentive to any of your needs.

This B&B is in a brilliant location, on a quiet street a few minutes away from the marina and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere from here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic and clean but the beds were not comfortable. The rooms are a bit run down and the old building has no soundproofing at all, you can hear conversations in the street outside from the second floor even with the balcony doors closed.
