We had a lovely stay at BB Essenze in Palermo! This charming accomodation is located right in the city center, within just a 10–20 minute walk from all the main attractions and landmarks, which made exploring the city super convenient. The place was spotless and very well-maintained — we truly felt at home. Traveling with a small child, we especially appreciated the small kitchen, fully equipped and stocked with complimentary items like coffee, tea, milk, croissants, and more. It made things so much easier for us. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception and the lady who takes care of the cleaning — both made us feel very welcome. This is definitely a small B&zB with heart and soul, and great value for money. We highly recommend it, whether you're traveling as a couple or with family!

Good location, clean, fairly quiet and good shower Had to lock the door every time with the key which was annoying, rather than just a bolt lock or something

Perfect communication, very clean, very comfortable bed, self check in. Shout out to Serena (if I remember correctly) which was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. She helped me to find a bus to go to Mondello. Always smiling

Very nice place to stay - quiet, very clean, all new. Nice common zone as well with tea and coffee. In the morning the housekeeper brings fresh croissants :) recommended 100%
