Loved Betty's help. Lovely person who was more than helpful with reservations, suggestions, etc. Thank you so much, Betty! We will definitely recommend and revisit! Best parking for Palermo was RIGHT THERE! Low stress for rentals. Everything was wonderful. Nothing to improve.

Betty, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, asking what we liked for breakfast and explaining the wonderful savory Sicilian pastries. The room had great attention to a traveler's needs, including a rack for shoes, clothes and suitcases. The sofa in the Green Room was a nice touch. The place was spotless and fresh cappuccino in the morning was an excellent perk.

The place was located next to a noisy square and we had a bit of trouble finding the place as it was not properly marked.

The very courteous owner who did her utmost to make our stay pleasurable and gave us great tips on where to eat, provided us with maps and phoned taxis for us. Exceptionally helpful lady. Nothing at all. Just be aware that there is a cat in the property, but it did not get in the way or annoy anyone in the slightest. He was very well behaved and a very handsome specimen.

The location is perfect for a stay in Palermo - just a 5-minute walk to Teatro Massimo. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and right at home. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The elevator made getting to the 5th floor super easy, and parking was a great thanks to the nearby Parcheggio Orlando.

The host was extraordinary helpful, very kind and generous. The neighborhood is pretty busy and the building is located next to a big street very crowded in the evening/night. The earplugs from the room were very helpful.

Betty is superhost and hotel wonderful, and of course Cat :)

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Everything was great, Betty and Peter anticipated all of our needs. Breakfast was an educational experience to Italian pastries and foods. Her capachinhos we the best I have ever had! Nothing!

Exceptional

The breakfast was good and served in a light bright room We would have liked more fresh food rather than pastries and cakes which were all very sweet, but this is personal. Fresh fruit was good though. Betty and Peter were really lovely hosts - very kind and helpful Some bottled water for the room would have been nice and a toilet roll holder too. The shower was fine but the shower head didn’t stay up. The curtains didn’t close well Better directions to find the apartment block would have been helpful but betty was there on the phone and talked us through so we found it fine after that.

I am extremely impressed with my stay at BsB home and will be back there again! My hosts were incredibly kind and caring, helping me navigate and supporting me the entire time I was there. The place is extremely clean and comfortable, the breakfast is fantastically delicious, the rooms are wide and spacious, the bathroom is large and comfortable. I recommend the place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience in Palermo!

Very nice room in the centre of Palermo. Everything is at walking distance. Betty was very welcoming and helped us immediately with telling us about the city and hotspots. Breakfast was amazing! It was a very good stay, nice room and bathroom. Could get a little noisy at night but that’s what you get in a city ;)
