It’s close to the old town and Massimo was fantastically nice and supported with my late arrival and everything else even offered us a breakfast I. Monday morning ☺️ The room was tight but nice and everything was clean was good

I appreciated the host's active communication and welcoming approach, as well as the helpful tips he provided throughout the stay. The directions were clear and the stay was seamless.

The apartment is located in the very center, in a quiet street, 4-5 minutes from Teatro Massimo, and there is cheap and safe parking nearby. The room is new and clean, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Also breakfast in a very nice restaurant with a wide selection. Big praise for Massimo, an excellent host, a such professional, very helpful and full of useful information. All recommendations!!!

Everything is amazing. The host is increadibly helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is just perfect. Super smooth check in. Breakfast at a nearby cafe is to die for - best pastry in Palermo. There is really nothing to complain about.

Good location and responsive hosts. Good little spot for exploring Palermo. Massimo was lovely ☺️ Overall the property felt clean but I found some hairs in the bathroom and room which was a little offputting

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was big, spacious, and very comfortable (spotlessly clean and well-maintained). The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the cathedral and city center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering great tips for local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent central location, the owner was really good and spoke English and gave us great local knowledge and help. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo Really hard to find fault.

We had an excellent stay. Massimo took exceptional care of us. The room was spacious and excellently appointed. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay again. No complaints or disappointments.

A fine and reasonable stay at belMoro. A rainy night and delayed flight held me up but Alessandro made nothing of it and settled me in for my two night stay.Sunday and Monday allowed for pleasant meandering and eating in this slightly off centre neighborhood. Massimo the day manager was friendly and helpful down to allowing a slightly extended check out and getting a taxi and helping with luggage. Every hotel should have a Massimo and the team he coordinates.

The hotel was really great. Very affordable, and great value for money for the stay. Very clean, and Massimo was so attentive to us and really made the whole experience so easy. The location is perfect, with 15 minute walks to the Old Town and also to the main city. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing!

Stylish and immaculate room in a great location. They had thought of everything to ensure that I had a great time at BelMORO.The fridge was stocked with water & fruit juice.Complementary tea & coffee too! There were even international plug adapters should they be needed. Massimo was the perfect host;helping with transport advice before my arrival, & giving me great suggestions for places to visit when I arrived & checked in.He even carried my bag upstairs for me ? Nothing

I had a very pleasant stay in Palermo, thanks to my lovely host Massimo - very good communication and helpful information from the onset and excellent recommendations from him for my stay. The local cafe they collaborate with for breakfast was wonderful and I had a really enjoyable time. The room was large and spotlessly clean. A 5 minute walk to the first of various street markets and the opera house. Very good value for money - I can't recommend the hotel highly enough! Nothing - everything was wonderful!
