Our experience was a bit unusual, and that we decided to book about 10 minutes before we arrived. When we got there, the owner informed us that she was not on the premises, and that we can use an apartment that was 100 m away. The apartment was just great! We had the whole place to ourselves, everything was spotless, and it was very easy to check in and out. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning at the main residence, and the staff were kind and attentive.

Quiet area away from the main city centre. The bathroom is dusty and full of mold especially in the ceiling. Shower drain and sink drain are blocked. And the paint on the door is peeling off. It is unsanitary, unsafe and totally unacceptable for the price charged. Our room was next to the shared kitchen and there were people speaking loudly early in the morning disrupting everyone's sleep as we could hear everything.

The owner of the venue is super kind and friendly and makes a great breakfast! The room is quite big and was very comfortable. The bathroom is located opposite to the room. The bathroom both locks and opens with the keys provided for the room and is really private. The location is clean and provides a great starting point to explore Palermo! It is very close to the Capo market and some nice restaurants for instance. We had a great stay!

Giovanni is a great host! He's very nice and welcoming, willing to help with anything you need during your stay. He even prepared a picking for us when we told him we were doing an excursion during the day! The breakfast is also great.

Giovanni, the owner is very kind person and prepared delicious breakfast and coffee every morning. His daughter speaks English perfectly. Nothing

The room was quite spacious and clean. A bit nosy during the night as it is located in a quite busy street.

Location excellent. Giovanni was an excellent host,a gentleman, he even provided me with fresh brown bread rolls for breakfast when I asked! Unfortunately,as can happen, a problem with water in shower? which was fixed by the time we got back in the evening

The B&B is right in the city centre, and you can expect a flat with 4 different rooms and one room to have breakfast. Special thanks to Giovanni, he prepared everything around the flat and was very lovely and helpful.

Giovanni and his daughter were very kind, Giovanni in particular was exceptionally lovely, providing good company and a good breakfast. They provided some great recommendations, the room warmed up quickly and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The room didn't have much natural light and there was a strong smell from cleaning products.

Room was clean, big and spacious. Clean bathroom, and hot water for shower. Easy check in. Great location. Very friendly staff! The breakfast was too sweet for my taste.
