A great place to stay.

The staff is amazingly friendly and it is a cute little place off the main path. But not too far off - it’s quite close to just about everything.

I have stayed twice and will stay with them again. Best value, clean nice quiet close to all.

The B&B is located in the perfect location, in the quiet area next to the little square and only a couple minutes walk from Teatro al Massimo and the rest of sights in the city. The apparent is located in the beginning of ZTL zone, but if you tell you car plates number to hosts - you entrance is covered for the duration of the stay (which is a very nice offer from the team). We stayed in the spacious apartment with 2 rooms, allowing for a plenty of space for all; the bathroom was clean and the bedsheets were clean too. The breakfast included was amazing & filling. Guys offer anything you can think of: from eggs to croissants and plenty of fruits, and soft drinks options. Arno was mega welcoming and helped a lot, providing suggestions for where to go in the city for food and sights. Finding public parking space next to appartment is fairly difficult: yellow line spot get free occasionally, so you can load and off load easily, but do not hope for the blue line spots: you would need to go to a private parking (conveniently located less than 10 min drive from the apartment). Price in those places vary from €13 to €25/per day. The bathroom had drain flies, I assume it has something to do with humidity or the old pipes system in the building. Nothing critical, but just a bit not nice to overall nice condition of the accommodation.

Arno was a great host, communicated well, was accommodating and flexible, and made a great cappuccino. We would stay here again. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Very good stay!

Great location. Super walkable in historic area. Room was cleaned daily. One bottle of water daily. Towels replaced every other day. Arno was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included but I was never up early for it. Mosquitoes. Noisy but hey it's in the thick of Palermo's historic area so to be expected. The alley where it is located gets iffy at night for a solo woman. Dark and hardly anyone there. Toiletries are puny. No kleenex.

This did not bother us, but you must carry your luggage up one flight of stairs because there is no lift.

The location was great and the staff was warm and gracious. Arno was extremely helpful and shared lots of Sicily knowledge. The main entry door is tight and you have to duck you head to step in. A minor annoyance.

Very clean, great location, fab and super helpful staff amazing breakfast spread

Clean, comfortable, lots of space (we had the blue room). The staff were friendly and communicative. We were travelling with a small child and they accommodated him very well, especially at breakfast. It was nice to have access to a lounge area. The location is great - within easy reach of the historic centre. The area is quiet. We had to go home :(
