The front desk staff barely acknowledge you when you enter and exit.

The breakfast offering was excellent and fairly priced. The location was very good and facilitated easy walking into the old city. The room was small with only a queen size bed. The air conditioning was problematic, made worse by the fact that when we reported it, nothing was done, despite assurances that 'somebody would be up within an hour'. Eventually, it necessitated us having to move rooms at 23.00.

Great location: very close to everything, but right outside the ZTL zone. Valet parking very convenient. Beautiful view from the balcony. Good breakfast. During showers, water went through the door and bathroom floor was all wet.

Upon arriving I felt so relieved to see the beautiful location. We walked to most places and loved how beautiful the rooftop bar and restaurant was. I started off by getting off bus from airport shuttle and left my back on bus! The hotel front desk got on it immediately and by morning they had it saved for me at train station! I loved how easy it was as a home base. We spent one long day exploring Palermo. The next day we took an easy train ride to the town Cefalu where we beached all day and it was so beautiful and fun! Can’t think of anything.

No breakfast taken Slightly impersonal. Valet Parking was expensive at 25 Euros per night.

Great location. Spacious rooms, comfortable large bed and very good breakfast. We had a disabled room which we didn’t ask for hence bathroom was out of the ordinary.

This hotel is close to everything. The main historic area starts less than a block away. The hotel is a good value worth it to be so close to everything. I will say what really drove. My positive experience was one of the front desk employees his name was Salvatore G. Super nice and addressed anything I needed immediately. Only issue I had with the hotel was that the air-conditioning was terrible. When you walk into the hotel, the lobby is nice and cool but then when you go to one of the two rooms that I had, they were super warm almost as if the air-conditioning wasn’t working. I mean, I know it was very hot being the beginning of July. the AC should’ve been a lot more functional.

This hotel is the perfect location to explore Palermo. It is next to the old town with the pedestrian only streets. The breakfast offered many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Very good position, easy to walk around to all the visiting points. I had a nice dinner to the restaurant on top of the hotel.

The location, breakfast, staff mostly, room and bathroom was big, water temperature immediate.

A bit noisy outside. They can't help it but there was a festival in the piazza that went late.

The location is wonderful… in close proximity in getting around the central town Little dated and the foyer had an unpleasant smell but it did not effect our stay

Everything Nothing

Amazing location right in the Center of town and the Piazza. Clean modern and comfortable. The rooftop bar and restaurant were absolutely over-the-top. (No pun intended) Our meal was the finest we have had in our Europe trip. Kudos to the Chef and great staff. The breakfast was giant, with a hundred offerings of fresh food.

the location was perfetto the staff average no concierge? never give your car to the valet service who is handling it apart the hotel management they treat this job very badly even they scratched the lower right side of our car and did nit mention this to us and we noticed it after we left hotel and do not know how to proceed now
