Noisy Saturday nights, dirty environment outside

The location is ok..... The staff is incredible and super helpful. If you travel with children I would not suggest, it very hard to sleep near to imposible as there are people outside playing loud music from their car. Yeah the police dot seems to care after we called them

Rooms are in a style, clean and comfortable. Staff are warm and helpful. Overall vibe is likeable. The bath cubicle is so small that it’s hard to avoid water from the show head washing away shampoo too early or bend down to clean your lower body without pushing apart the sliding doors.

It was lovely — old and elegant and comfortable with friendly staff. Good breakfast! Room had all amenities needed. Our favorite hotel on our trip in Italy!

The shower cubicle was extremely small, I could barely fit in it. And the street the hotel is located in can get really noisy even when it’s past midnight — although this is something the hotel can’t control — loud music, people yelling and shouting all around.

The room was okay, not quite as nice as the image depicted and the shower spa did not work making the shower very difficult. The bed was a twin that separated and were very uncomfortable.

Location good for accessing historical areas of interest, but not the most salubrious area of town. I liked it but others may not. Lots of nighttime noise (music and motorbikes) from square nearby, particularly at the weekend. The hotel is characterful but the decor looks tired (not sure how it merits 4 stars as facilities are quite rudimentary). Good views across the city and surrounding hills. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked to have a 24 hour reception and the location in a popular neighborhood. I found a free parking spot on the street although hotel offers parking garage for 15 euro a day ( regular fair for these garages)
