I liked all about the place, the location close to all nice places in Palermo, well connected with buses. Jessica and Gianluca were amazing hosts by replying all my messages after the booking, I will come back, thanks guys!

Pleasant staff, good and clean and good value. BUT directions for finding this location need much improvement. In the evening the taxi dropped me on via Roma and only showed me the direction to walk. It took a long time to find the entrance, when I was already tired. No visible street sign, and no street number given for the location, Info needs to say Opposite Ristorante Grilli,

I liked the friendliness of the stuff and the fact that breakfast was included. Another good thing is the quality of the bedsheets and towels. The room is spacious enough for 2 people and the same for the toilet I really didn't like the fact that you can hear all the sounds from the hallway and when people waking around outside the room. This was even more annoying when stuff have put music in the morning at the check-in as it disturbed the sleep.

There was no locker in the room and the door didn't feel very secure. The building was a bit noisy at times but generally quiet at night

I stayed at this facility for three nights and I was working online while enjoying the city during my time off. The position is great, really close to both the port and the city center, 20 minutes on foot from Palermo's main station. The area is very lively, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and Vucciria Market is 5 minutes walking. The facility was comfortable for what I needed, the room wasn't fancy, but practical. I had a comfortable bed and a desk from which I could work, the wifi worked perfectly fine for calls. The bathroom was shared, but clean and had shampoo and body soap, as well as a hair dryer. Nothing to report.

It was an odd layout. We got there in the evening and accessed a lockbox on the front entry door which had 2 sets of key rings (we had booked 2 rooms), 3 keys on each. On the 3rd floor we had to use another key to open a door which entered another space with 3 en-suites within it, the 3rd key then for our room. This initially was very confusing all the keys and doors in fairly dark hallways. Breakfast was on the second floor through another door. This was not explained to us where to go for breakfast and to confirm our check in the next morning, I just happened to come across it when passing it by on the stairwell after going down to the main lobby, thinking maybe breakfast would be there. I think a little clearer explanation of understanding the number of doors and where to go for breakfast would be helpful as there's no staff that work there during the day or evening.

Great location. Dated but very clean! Great water pressure and air condition. Very easy to self enter. Very nice staff:) Would have liked a mini fridge. Beds-mattresses were hard.

My partner had an allergy reaction and we suspect it might be due to some dust. It can get a bit noisy during the night due to the area but nothing too serious to disrupt your sleep.

Located in central Palermo near many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance (including one restaurant literally outside the front door), but in a 'real' neighborhood, not a tourist zone. The elevator was really appreciated for taking luggage to our room (3rd floor; 4th for Americans). Breakfast was very good: pastries, bread, yogurt, juice, good coffee or tea. We would happily stay here again. Nothing.

Could not think of a better location. Close to centre but quiet due to location but also new windows, very friendly staff The mattress could have been better.

I liked everything: the central location, the friendly staff, the comfortable room with traditional furniture, the kettle with coffee and tea bags, the view from my balcony. It would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in my room, not just the little bin in the bathroom.

Centrally located but the street is not too loud, room was clean and traditional. Self check-in very practical. We can hear the neighbours in the morning, so take your earplugs if you want to sleep over :)
