The property does not match pictures. You see nice photos but when you enter you are shocked if the old dirty place. The staff was so unfriendly and hasty to get money. We had baby and needed to get to the room sooner but they insisted on taking every penny to allow us in. The building is old. The elevator is awfully old and in danger of stopping. Breakfast is so limited you only get sugary carbohydrate and coffee. They would not accept to boil an egg for a baby. The microwave is just a decor in the shared area. I wished the hotel staff new how their behavior impacts tourists' impression. I would never go back to Palermo. They get city tax and money from you but you find dirty city and hostels.

Perfect location, 8 minutes from bus stop to Palermo airport and near the city center.

Perfect location! Staff nice and friendly. Room was clean. TERRIBLE NOISE from the water tank which is located in the small balcony.There is no city view, and there are two doors that " open" to the balcony.

Great location not far from the Palermo pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops around. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly host. Cups and spoons would have been nice but not a deal breaker.

Good location - Clean - affordable price - close to the harbor which was good for leisure walks. The old very small lift that can carry only 2 persons at any given time causes long waiting times when you need to get to the ground floor.

It was cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for The bed was very uncomfortable in the kitchen area. There was no facilities to make any drinks no Kettle no coffee no tea. The included breakfast was awful very very sparse no fresh orange juice not really an all inclusive breakfast. The lift was constantly out of service. stuck between floors.

Very clean, very good bed mat, polite cleaners and waiters in the breakfast I did not receive a receipt for paying the city taxes

The bed is confortable, also the pillows, the bathroom was big. I did not like the breakfast. No eggs at all. Few options.

Nice host and very easy to communicate with. Helpful staff, when we needed transfer to the airport. The location was very good. Close to the city centre.
