Mama Tita Rooms and Breakfast

Giovanni was a wonderful host! You can tell he comes from a hospitality background—he is professional, passionate about his work, and truly reflects the warmth of Sicilian hospitality. The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great, safe area of Palermo with plenty of shops and public transport nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Palermo. Grazie Mille!

A very cosy and quiet spot nearby the vibrant part of Palermo! Very good access from the airport, to the station (for a daytrip to Cefalu) and busses (Mondello). The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower and bathroom are perfect. The breakfast is traditional with new fresh pastries every single day from a local bakery. Giovanni is a very warm host, ready to help to make your stay very comfortable and authentic. He is always reachable for any questions and very flexible to make the best out of your stay.

Giovanni is the best host. My stay at Mama Tita was wonderfull, the room was clean, breakfast is excellent. Thank you! The location is a bit outside of the old city centre (10-15 min walking) - for me it was not a problem and I liked the neighbourhood.

Giovanni the owner made sure we had everything we needed! He thought of it all! He provided dirty laundry bags, and all toiletries. Giovanni was on the property and provided a great breakfast every morning, including his mothers homemade receipe for a type of breakfast cheesecake!! It was delicious! He provide us a map of the area and answered all of our questions. The room was every clean and comfortable! We would stay again! Nothing

Giovanni was the best B&B host you could wish for! He made helpful recommendations and was a great resource to discover Palermo. He was so hospitable and made us feel right at home at Mama Tita. The location of the property is excellent for exploring and the room we stayed is was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast he had prepared each morning was lovely! Best accommodation of our trip for sure! When we are back in Palermo we will definitely be staying here again!

We took 3 rooms, all decorated, one of the rooms is really large. Giovanni gave a lot of good recommendations for travel and food in Palermo. The apartment is in a quiet area of ​​the city and relatively close, a 10-minute walk from central sites. Breakfast consists mainly of wonderful sweet pastries. It is not possible to make coffee or drinks in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Mama Tita. The owner (Giovanni) made us feel very welcome and was an excellent host, very friendly and accomodating - he also gave us lots of ideas for where to visit during our stay. We had to check in late at night due to a late flight but the check in was straight forward with clear instructions to follow. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It felt safe and homely too. The location is good, it is roughly a 10 minute walk from the ‘centre’ but much quieter which we were glad of. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants close by and we enjoyed the wander along to the busy centre. Breakfast was lovely with fresh baking each morning. If I return to Sicily I will definitely stay again and recommend to others!
