I liked the quirky look, the main bed was comfortable in the room, the communication was good with the owner who seems very kind. The single beds that my friend had to choose between were not too comfortable and only one was fully made with a top sheet so she remade the other bed. The smell in the room was strong, perfumey/musty, and it was difficult to just open a window as the windows were full doors that went out to a busy street (and we didn’t want to let in mosquitoes). We had to leave early (7 and 830) and so they were kind to lay out some coffee capsules and a couple bananas and oranges and some soy milk but we didn’t use them. Cereal bars or pastries would have been nice as a grab and go option. We were at the top of the stairs and having to carry all my bags up so many stairs was unexpected as our last bnb in palermo had an elevator. Shampoo and body wash were highly fragranced and not nice to use.

The room was very beautiful and the hosts were perfect in their friendliness and their tips to places to visit. We had a very nice breakfast everyday in which the hosts always asked us our preferred foods and pastries. During the weekend it can be noisy with sounds from the street / speakers / music as you are in the middle of a city center and party district.

Everything! The location was perfect-centrally located to everything we wanted. The property was exceptionally renovated with care, even exposing a fresco in our room. The family who owned the B&B took exceptional care of us and provided ample food for traditional Sicilian breakfast. We just loved our stay, and you will as well. Boom now and enjoy! Nothing.

Great owners, great vintage climate, great location just in the heart of everything

Rather noisy at night, especially at weekends. Breakfast starts quite late - at 8.45 am - but that seems general practice in Sicily and when we asked if we could have it earlier, they kindly agreed to serve us at 8.15am.

It was a good size room and bathroom and very central. The shower/bath was a challenge to say the least. It is a very big old bath and looks lovely but gettin in and out is not eassy. It has no overhead shower, just a hand-held spray. Noise from the street didn't die down until after 2am. The doors have shutters, which kept out the street lights, but it needs double glazing for some peace and quiet. We wouldn't stay there again.

Good location in shopping areas of Palermo. Difficult to access by car. Breakfast is simple, offered by the owner and arranged at common area. Quiet old facility in the room and poor shower.

The breakfast offers fruit, some pastries and more, all served by very friendly people. Unfortunately coffee is not up to Italian standards. The communication with the host went very well. The apartment is in a great location right at the edge of the pedestrian area of Palermo. The place is very large and super well maintained. We were woken up more than once by some yelling people. A bit scary but it didn't last long and it may have been from unusual events around. This didn't spoil my sleep or the rest of the experience.

The people in the accommodation were nice and prepared a good (not only croissant and coffee) breakfast. The accommodation is close to the city center and the room was facing a street with restaurants and bars. Therefore, it was noisy from the street until late in the night.

Location, modern and clean Maybe certain rooms are on the main party street nearby, but a couple of earplugs come in handy for a good nights sleep

Francesca was a top hostess! The flat is a family business and lovingly furnished and totally suitable for guests! We had the largest room with the en-suite bathroom. The room is very large, with a spacious balcony overlooking the main shopping street. You have to take into account that the noise level is accordingly high as restaurants and bars are open until midnight in the evening. The room is very nicely furnished with the only drawback being the mattress. The breakfast is typical Italian, as such sweet :-) A savoury breakfast is also available. All in all, clean, centrally located and close to all the sights!

A very (very) clean and neatly furnished/decorated room in the best possible location. Just a couple of rooms in the B&B, so you really feel being taken care of, especially during breakfast.
