The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved having a room with a window to the street. It was also located directly next to the opera house and prime walking to all activities.

Really hard to get into the building, no information provided. I advise to select another place.

Poor communication with the host. Nobody picks up the phone when you’re trying to contact with them. Great location, nice room. On the second day of our stay we didn’t have any hot water for a few hours what made us very uncomfortable. No teas or coffee in the room too.

A beautiful city with lovely people and an ideal location to stay. While the services could be improved as there’s always room for growth. It was time and money well spent.

Great, location right across from the Teatro Massimo. Quiet rooms in spite of being so centrally located. Nicely decorated rooms, with comfy beds/pillows, nice bath/shower facilities, safe, fridge, coffee service and a FireStick so we could get some non-Italian programming. Staff was very helpful, getting us tickets to Palazzos we could reserve on our own. Would have liked better reading lights. While not a problem for us, there were stairs to get to the rooms, so not for anyone having issues with stairs.

The property was clean and met all of our comfort needs. Bed was comfortable and room was refreshed daily. The staff is kind and helpful. We feel the rooms are reasonably priced. The property is conveniently located in an area close to historic monuments, taxi stand, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and convenience stores. We wish there were not so many areas to step over and steps to manage with luggage. We do not wish to damage steps, so we carry luggage over everything.

Perfect location!perfect personnel.they gave us good advice for Palermo.even a problem with checking in late at night was easily solved The lack of balcony.also you have to carry your luggage at stairs (but few)

Superb location The dark paint on the walls. I prefer light and airy accommodation but that is just a personal choice.

The staff were lovely, the room comfortable and clean, and the location was INCREDIBLE. Right round the corner from the Teatro! Nothing!

Stefania was amazing at helping us with whatever we needed. She tried for several days to call up to get a reservation at a restaurant for us. She eventually got us a table. We were so thankful for her support. Everything was great.
