Sicilian Rooms Palermo

Location Very loud bar underneath, played extremely loud music until very late. Could not sleep with that loud of music playing, along with fireworks that went off late at night.

Traveling with friends, we loved the location, the beautiful street and proximity to fun spots. The room we had was clean, large and had a large bathroom. We had maid service everyday, which I appreciated. I had many questions about our stay, and our host Giuseppe answered quickly and kindly. This is due to the fun location, but be aware; this street is loud. You will not sleep because people coming from the bars and restaurants are all partying, shouting and fighting until 3 a.m. Only people who like to party should rent this room.

Very nice host, who made sure we had a great stay. Wonderful location practically in the old town, with a cafe on the corner (we recommend having breakfast there) and a restaurant right next door. Close to the train station and bus stops. In addition, it was nice to come back to the room, where the bed was beautifully made

Our room overlooked a street and parking lot which became a party in the evening. Hundreds of people gather, playing very loud music until early hours. we slept little.

It’s position in the old part of town. We found parking 1 minute away. Lots of restaurants right on the doorstep.

Elementary-poor A lift or the service of bringing the luggage to the rooms. Quite roooms. Very noicy not only from outside but also from inside. Every time water was used a very loud motor run fro long time after. Very unpleasant especially after flushing the toilet at night.

Location of the house is perfect! You can see the Teatro Massimo stepping out of the building.

Location was very good We had trouble to contact with owner, waited outside quite long. Finally when we got in, room was very messy and dark, almost like originals pictures was mad better wit AI, light and drain didn't work in toilet, towels was wet and seems dirty. When we finally got contacted with owner we asked back 1/3 of our payment and said we will leave room as it is. Owner didn't take our offer. We had to leave the accommodation because it wasn't suitable for romantic stay. To the construction worker it's suitable. We got much better accommodation from same location and same price. So we highly don't recommend to stay in this place, price and quality don't match.

We appreciate the location in historical center of Palermo. On the the other hand, I do not recommend for people who will want to sleep at night, the bar under the French balcony was loud till early morning hours.

Great location, clean and nice rooms. Super comfy bed, I slept so good during my stay. Very nice breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Liked the room, but was very simple. In good area, best location to the city, in the middle of restaurants busy life :) 20min walk to sea coast at city or 20min walk to train station. Air condition was not too strong,but working ok. Nice staff, Guseppe was great host and the breakfast was lovely ;) There was no floor cleaning, mop or sweep the floor..probably all week. Every day a lady made up our room or skip it if we told so, but forgot to do floor washing. It said noise cancellation, but it was very noisy street however when it was quiet times it was great, but we could hear everything from next rooms too.

The location was amazing One of the staff was not pleasent, she disnt change our towels and expected us to be out of the room before 10.30 so that she could clean. The other man thst worked there was very nice

Great location. Easy to find and clear instructions from host about how to access the room. Very clean and good size room. Comfy bed. Historical areas all within easy walking access. Parking nearby. Lovely bathroom with super shower. Breakfast in breakfast room (open air). Good spread of pastries, some savoury options, yoghurts and fruit. Some noise from bar underneath room, but didn’t disturb our sleep.

Location, breakfast provided, friendly host. Big shower. No elevator in the property. Balcony pointless small and used for aircon. Loud area. Street parking near impossible.

Very typical room in the super city center of Palermo. You cannot be better located than this.

It was noisy at night but being central city it was expected, just bring your earplugs
