The beds were ready and clean and welcoming. It was nice and cool and clean. It is located to the lights of Palermo at night.

Large room, great location, balcony right over the action

The host was very much cooperative and checking with us if everything was okay. The location is also very good. At walking distance from city centre and public transport options. At couple of places in the bathroom it was rusted. It needs to be repaired.

The location of the room was great. No coffee the first two days. The owner blamed my daughter- inn-law for telling him. That’s not our job, that’s his.

The location, good wifi. The room was not very clean, no one came by to clean the room while we stayed for 3 days nor provided clean towels. The bathroom was gross. The balcony opened up to a trash alley way which smelled terrible. The pictures of our room were deceiving.

B&B del Massimo is a little different. You rent a room with a private bathroom and both were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are shared with the other B&B guests. There is small refrigerator in the room, and a larger one in the kitchen, so storing food items is easy. The location of the B&B is exceptional. It is on one of the main pedestrian streets in the old downtown, across from the Teatro Massimo and right near the corner of the main streets for eating and shopping in Palermo. All of the main historical, cultural landmarks, and city markets are an easy walk from the B&B. The Hostess was exceptional, and she provided lots of very useful information about where to go and what to do. The B&B is on a pedestrian walkway street that is full of restaurants and bars. You have to walk through these to get to the entrance to the B&B.

Lovely large room in the centre of Palermo. Nice comfortable bed and nice shower. Loads of restaurants below to eat It was probably quite noisy at night as loads of restaurants below. I got drunk though and went to sleep which was probably best!

Lovely old building in ideal area of Palermo. We were unable to stay in the requested room because of a maintenance problem.

Great area in the heart of Palermo. The check in and out was easy and Quick. Alessia was a wonderful host and very Quick to answer to the quetions and respond back. Very Nice and lovely appartment. We Will definitly come back to these appartments.

Prime location is what got us. Alessia is helpful. Highly recommend. -

Good location and friendly staff We were quite disappointed, to be honest. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony, but our experience was far from what we expected. At night, it was quite noisy, as there were trash bins located directly below our balcony. The constant noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the sofa bed was extremely old and in poor condition-it was uncomfortable and frankly unhygienic. It should have been replaced long ago. The mattresses were also very worn out and uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, we struggled to sleep well both nights due to the noise, the poor condition of the mattresses, and the uncomfortable sofa bed. Overall, the experience did not justify the price at all.

Very friendly and fair priced -

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Palermo, just up the street from Teatro Massimo. There were many restaurants and cafes just outside the door. The staff were amazing. Alessia answered all our enquiries pretty much immediately and was very helpful in organising transportation and sending through information. Some facilities listed on the booking weren't available - such as a laundry. We also had to use one of the fold-out beds to meet the twin room requested.
