The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, spacious, and the host(or manager, I can’t remember her name,possibly Mary or Maria) she VERY kindly made sure that we could get in even though we were very late. We were soooo grateful!!! We also really enjoyed the pool:) The gate for the parking lot was left open and anyone could get in the apartments.

The location. The carpet was filthy. I requested a downstairs unit. They gave me an upstairs unit. I requested this in February for an October trip. There are no elevators only stairs. I was traveling with a person that has a hard time walking up and down stairs.

Good size apartment The apartment smelt stale on arrival. Cups, plates and silverware were dirty and had to be washed before use. The dishwasher was also very dirty so we had to hand washed items we used. It was obvious the whole apartment needs updating especially the curtains which were damaged and dirty,and had moth holes in them. The beds are past use and offer no support? This had caused a bad back to one of our party who can now hardly walk. The website states there is a pool bar, there isn’t. There were ants in the bathroom and an unknown insect was in our sink.

This place is perfect! The rooms are huge,big living room,dining room and the kitchen has washer,dryer,dishwasher. Very clean, perfect working air conditioner. Beds are awesome real comfy. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool is clean and right temp. I highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and helpful. We will be coming back. My little granddaughter refers it as her vacation house.! Thank you so much!!! Nothing at all. !

We wanted to cancel our stay but they didn't answer for more than a week just kept sending spam how they care and wait for us.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our ice maker couldn’t keep up. But the staff took care of that.
