Hilton Vacation Club Palm Canyon Palm Springs

This has been one of our best hotel experience. This place is super family friendly. Our favorite part was the pool. Everything was very convenient for the whole family. Great places to have breakfast in the morning around the corner. Definitely will be returning again. Staff is also very friendly.

One thing to note: there's no drinking water available to purchase, even though they do have vending machines, so come prepared and bring your own water. Parking can be a real issue if you have a bigger car — don't even try to park under the structure or you might get stuck. Definitely something to keep in mind before you arrive. On the bright side, the pool bar was excellent, with reasonably priced food and drinks. The pool itself was amazing and a huge hit with the family. Overall, a great experience! We'll definitely be back — and we're bringing our own pillows next time. 😊

Pool area

Came here 15 years ago. Still amazing location but needs upgrades. Love the pool but people keep towels everywhere which makes it confusing with which chairs are available. Staff were all super duper nice . Love we can text front office when we need assistance. Size of rooms are great.

The rooms were kept up nicely, which made it a very comfortable stay. The staff was also helpful and friendly.

The room we stayed in was cozy and felt like home away from home. With our cozy little living room, dining area, and kitchen area, it was the perfect place to enjoy a nice breakfast in before heading out to enjoy the relaxing pool.

The Pool View is beautiful I recommend getting a balcony suite for sure, staff is all very friendly and helpful! We were cooking a lot and requesting pans and blenders, they were all brought in a timely manner over all service is 10/10!

Breakfast was good and room service was fast, didn’t wait too long. Rooms were clean. Pools were clean and life guards on sight was good to have. Kept kids and people on check. Kitchenettes in room help a lot in case you want to cook something or warm something up in the microwave. Over all I had a great stay!! Would stay there again

First time staying here and will definitely come back again. The rooms are spacious, clean and the pool is great. They have a side for the kids and a side for the adults with a bar available to order drinks and food. There’s not much around but It’s just a 10 min drive from downtown where all the restaurants are.

Great stay.

We had a great stay here. Pool was never too crowded. If you get there at 8am you’ll get a chair. The common areas by the back of the pool would be much more enjoyable if the misting system worked. Keep your AC on all day. They are giant rooms so they take a lot to cool. Very much enjoyed it.

Customer service was top tier. I asked a friendly housekeeper how to get to the pool and she walked my family and I to where it was. You don’t find that anywhere. Staff was professional and friendly.

Kids loved the pool. Loved the water slide. I loved the jacuzzis. Did get crowded Saturday but that was to be expected for the weekend. Staff were great. Only bad thing was the family above us on the 2nd floor. Extremely loud, sounded like a wrestling match was going on even at 2am. Kids running back and forth stomping everywhere. Other than that, it was good.
