Motel 6 Palm Springs, CA - Downtown

We stayed however was very small, very old.

Ask for the room it was clean very nice even a refrigerator. But the AC did not work, I spoke to the staff and nothing ever happened. I went to to shop for food only to find out the hotel does not have a microwave. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a microwave in the vending / laundry room. I'm just disappointed in the entire experience.

The guy at the front desk Joshua I think it was his name is as very helpful and kind. But the AC didn’t work too well so f I’m being honest it got super hot

Location. Laundry, although one washer was broken. Price. MiniMicro in room.

My room had very good air conditioning, but the 'box' that covers the thermostat was missing, so I couldn't really tell how to turn the air conditioning down -- do I turn the knob to the left, or to the right? The room key cards demagnetize VERY easily, so I had to go to the office twice to get a new card.

This property is nice looking, but staying there is not. The bed in my room was so completely shot I may as well slept on the floor. Combine that with the noise level from the building, not good. There are other Motel 6 just down the road. Check them out.

Great place to stay for 12hrs or less.

Completely sufficient for a 2 night stay and one of the less expensive hotels in town. Room was very basic and small, clean and comfortable enough. It's a Motel 6 so we didn't expect much, just a reasonably priced place to stay. We were able to walk to downtown which was helpful. Unexpectedly charged for parking when we arrived (did not see this mentioned in the hotel description). Loud homeless person in parking lot close to our car late one night that made us a little nervous. Luckily they went away after a while. Room was somewhat clean but very dated and very tight for 2 adults. Again, it was a motel 6 so we didn't have big expectations, just a place to stay that didn't cost a fortune.

The room was not clean upon arrival. The tub and toilet were dirty, and the room felt very small and poorly maintained. Overall, the property needs better housekeeping and upkeep.
