Great location , 2 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the capital city Palma by car or 25 minutes by bus. Spacious, bright , large apartments for four people. We had great time here ! Everything was ok !!!

The apartment was clean.Good spacious rooms. Near the beach. close to bars and restaurants. Bus stop nearby for public transport. 3rd floor without lift. Some renovation is needed. The bathroom/WC does not have lock.During winter time, each room needs heaters.we have one heater for 2 bedrooms.

The host was responsive, friendly, fluent in English, provided perfect information for arrival/departure. Private parking was good. Quite well equipped kitchen. The location had advantages: close to restaurants, close to the beach, walking distance to a larger supermarket and small shops. The area seemed not to be 100% touristy, but also had some locals it seemed (unlike fully touristy/bar areas further away). Walking distance to bus stop. The road next to the apartment was incredibly busy and noisy - it was hard to get used to it and have some sleep. We expected more from the room given the rankings (e.g. comparing to properties in Austria), but maybe it is our lack of knowledge of Mallorca: the apartment was not very clean (edges, tiles, marks on the bed sheet, smell from the sofa) with significant wear (minimally repaired broken doors to bathroom, rusty drying rack and fan, some mold in the bathroom, unlocking the apartment required patience but that improved wit experience over time, locking the balcony door to the living room was difficult). The private parking can fill up and then one has to use (free) public parking nearby. Also the private parking requires some parking skills when at full capacity. One had to get used to somewhat limited privacy as people from the restaurants/coffee shops and from the house across the road are very close (but window curtains were available).

Very spacious, well organised, fantastic large well positioned balcony (a bit noisy from the street below though), comfortable beds, lots of storage. 3rd floor, no lift. Got used to it in the end. No smart tv. WiFi fairly weak.

Perfect size, nice and clean ! Extremely close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Which made it Really easy to get into the city! O

Great location with abundance of bars, restaurants and grocery shop on the doorstep (lidl&aldi 10min walk). Very comfy large bed. Quiet in the night despite having a busy road right next to us. Balcony really big as well. Everything exceptionally clean and pretty on arrival. Massive walk-in shower. Good kitchen with large fridge, proper pans, toaster, kettle.

Location, size, available necessities, landlord. Could have been cleaner, super low water pressure, condition of the interior.

The apartment was lovely, had everything we could have needed and was exactly what we expected. The location was really nice too as we were so close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars
