Hotel BelleVue Vistanova

The front desk allowed me to store my bags and change whilst waiting for check-in and also allowed me to take a shower after I had checked out. The breakfast included was great and it was walking distance from the beach, great restaurants and clubs !

Ideal location, rooms immaculate hotel reception etc also cleaned daily, great pool and prices around the pool Breakfast was ideal for a quick something in a morning It’s 3 star budget price ideal for groups

We had 2 rooms. Both opposite sides of the hotel. The room at the front was lovey and quite, the room at the back was very noisy throughout the night as opposite Mansion nightclub. Very little sleep ?

Hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Great location for acces to beach and nightlife. Downside to great location was the noise coming from the nearby bars & clubs. Also, our shower leaked like crazy, this was something that would be an issue previously and should have already been addressed.

Not sure what to say here. The room was unclean with stains on the bedsheets, a bathroom with leaking water and spots of mould in various places. This is not what I was expecting from a hotel charging hundreds of dollars for a couple of nights stay.

We asked for an hour to postpone check out until 1:00 PM, but despite the hotel being half empty, they asked money for 3 hours, which seemed quite unfair to us.

Hotel and room is economy - price matches what you get. It is clean, ok location (close to shops and beach). Breakfast buffet was quite nice, a lot of options. Poor noise insulation - you could hear almost everything happening in other rooms. Beds very cheap and/or old - you can feel springs of the mattress. Parking situation - very bad in the area and hotel has no parking.

Rooms are not clean, beds are not comfortable. Bunch of ants and cockroaches around. Pool was not good enough.

It was dirty, the room looked nicer online , and it was very small the room. The room feels extremely dirty even after the cleaners came

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Bellevue. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to the city centre, making it super convenient for both relaxation and exploring. The room was clean, and tidy, which made settling in very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, a fantastic spread with an awesome variety of choices to suit every taste. The cleaning staff were great who were consistently friendly and did a great job maintaining everything to a good standard. And I can’t forget to mention Saikou, a Big shout out to him, he truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His warm, accommodating nature and excellent customer service really stood out and made a big difference in my stay. Highly recommend Bellevue for anyone looking for a reasonably priced accommodation and meets all the basic requirements! The beds and the noise from the strip - this was the only negative as the beds were a little uncomfortable and the noise from the strip was extremely loud and went on until 5am each morning.

Great Nothing

This was one of my worst ever experiences of a hotel I've had in over 40 yrs travelling. I was told I'm not allowed a women to visit for more than 2hrs then I was repeatedly accused of parting and making noise when I was doing nothing other than watching TV! If you want to be woken up by hotel staff at 4am accusing you of partying and disturbing guests then this is the place for you.

very clean hotel only issue they let people smoke in the rooms and u can smell it apart from that it what you expect from a3 star hotel the smell of cigarettes smoke in the rooms

The Location, breakfast, dinner and view from the 7th floor were nice! Bed was okay From the 7th floor, the sound from outside at night wasnt bad. Price is fair for what you receive, and cheaper than many other same quality options! Could had more pillows! 1 per bed is short.. The Shower always flood water, no matter how much we tryed not to
