Clean room. The way it looks in the pictures is how it looks in person.

It was not as the pictures described. I understand it's a older hotel the room somethings may need updating but the room was not swept. The bathroom tub was not that clean also the pool was dirty. I have stayed here before and it was nothing like how it was back then. Traveling with kids it was not what I wanted then to stay in if it was me and the hubby by ourselves we could of bared it but no will not book again.

Arrived and check in office was closed with a number to call. Didnt answer on first ring. When I finally spoke to someone they told me they overbooked and didnt have a room for me.

Nothing cancel my stay when I went there when NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Place is HOT GARBAGE ?️ Outside appearance is garbage. Paint the place clean the windows. Put some flowers out in front of door to welcome quest. Put air fresheners in the lobby area. Paint inside. Hire staff to greet people when they arrive. I walked the property for 7 minutes no one stopped me or ask me anything. Rooms smell like mold . Air freshener s in the room clean windows ? ledge on the rooms outside. Clean and fix middle of hotel yard area . Pick up dirt and trash paint the wood trim and doors. Clean floors and walls in rooms. Staff ( one lady for staff need training) need customer service training.

From the time they reached out to us at 5:00 pm ( we were stuck in traffic) asking if we were still coming, They gave us the wrong room information in our email to which room they were going to put us in, and once we arrived and we looked at the place, and It was obvious ...it was nothing like the pictures they were posting. After walking around and looking for an employee, The girl that was supposed to be in the office was standing out by the pool talking to people / others there and wasn't there to welcome me ....and once I found the lock boxes and entered the information they gave me in my email I noticed it was the wrong room (not 116 )... The lady was pretty "snippy" at taking my key away from me to go reprogramming it to a different room once (108 ) I went in the room,( photos will be attached to this review. ) and saw everything that was wrong with it, It was so nasty.. Starting with the first view of nasty stained sheets...There were not even any light bulbs in the (2) wall units to have light throughout the room??!! I also asked for a fly swatter She smirked at me... The room had flies throughout it, either coming from the drains or the windows or the doors. When I then told her we would be leaving, and would reach out to bookings.com... as I was trying to return the room keys to her, she locked the front lobby doors and clearly the front door sign said that they were open in the lobby area to accommodate "later check-ins".... But wanted to ignore me or keep me out.... We left and found a different hotel for the evening and contacted "bookings.com" right away. Most of the reviews out there , even on other websites have this hotel as showing OLD pictures of what it may have looked like back in the day.....These are not current!! photos!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

Nothing The room

I love that the property was right across the street from the beach. The property was dirty, old broken furniture. The power outlet in the rooms were not working. The WiFi and internet connection was not working for the entire time I was there.I had to connect to my personal hotspot just to be able to watch the TV. There are no vents in the bathroom to absorb the moisture after taking a shower so the walls in the bathroom started wet and a mildew scent. The pictures of the room online were so misleading verses what the property actually looks like. The pool was full of algae. The office closes at 5pm leaving us no choice but to wait for service the next day. I will never stay at this property ever again.

The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make us happy or accommodate our stay. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We actually didn’t stay and received a full refund Was under construction and did not look like photos on booking site so those should be uploaded for people to see. Front door was not accessible due to construction as well so we were unsure of even where to go at first to speak to someone and luckily once seeing the room and facilities front desk lady was kind enough to let us know to contact customer service and she would approve a full refund for us as we were on vacation to celebrate the welcoming of first child so this was a babymoon as some may call it

The website is outdated. This property looks nothing like the pictures. Your room provides two towels only, no washcloths. and a mini fridge is the only extra in the room. The TV didn’t even work. We could not figure out how to even check in and then once we were checked in, we could not locate staff members to get anything we needed or to ask questions. The rooms were not Terrible but a place to sleep is all it was.

My first complaint would be the staff, after we found the room fifthly we notified the staff and nothing was done on their end to fix this problem. Though we can move on from rude staff the room was left for us in an unforgivable manner. Dirt was scattered all through room and after further investigation we found bed bugs!! No refund was issued either.

When we checked into the room, we had one towel. There were no clothes racks for hanging your clothes, no dresser for storing your clothes, a very small TV hanging on the wall, the hot water in the shower did not work correctly, and the room was not clean. Not to mention there was one ceiling light by the door and it was very dim. We had to ask for a lamp to plug-in on the other side of the room so we could see. It was way overpriced for what we got. The amount of trash piled up outside of the rooms by the trash cans was nasty, and it smelled terrible. There was a large gap under the door, which was kind of creepy. The beds were very hard.We were told that they were remodeling, I hope once the remodel is complete, that it is in much better condition than it is now. The only thing that it had going for it was the fact that the room was large and it was quiet and they staff was very nice.
