Check in at the hotel was slow took about 30-40 minutes with only two people checking people in at 4:00 pm. There were 3 elevators to the rooms but 1 of them was broken the entire week we were there. There were at least 3 or more times we had to take the steps 7 floors instead of waiting multiple times for the elevator since they were packed at all hours of the day. The breakfast was ok. They did offer a hot breakfast but all of the options were bland. I will say the coffee shop on the floor with the ocean and pool was very good.

Our stay would have been better but we booked through EXPEDIA and they called the hotel and checked us out early

Muy buen servicio ,todo el personal bien amable muy buena limpias en todo el hotel

Everything was great from the room, to breakfast, to the staff. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!!

The room given to me was a handicap one. The shower just flooded the floor even with two drains as the water did not flow to them. The main entry door did not close properly as you had to pull it shut in-order to lock properly. There are three elevators of which one was working and with the hotel fully booked, it took sometimes 45 minutes to get into it. I did walk up the eleven floors once, but thought I was going to die. The pool towels are way too small for adults if you can get one. I thought for the expensive price you would get a first class experience; I was wrong. For half the price, I could have stayed at the Holiday Express right up the block.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The elevators were down during my stay, which was very inconvenient. I was also told that parking was free, but when I arrived, I found out that I had to pay for parking. Very disappointing experience, especially with the lack of clear communication. I would not recommend staying here.

Great view would revisit again

Staff was very helpful except for housekeeping. Carpet needed vaccuming, drain in tub/shower sink were stopped up an would not drain. Refrigerator did not cool and our room went uncleaned from Saturday until Tuesday. Stopped drains and fridge were handled promptly but cleaning was obviously an issue.

It was right on the beach! One of the elevators was out of service the entire week we were there!! The other two were barely working. I have a baby with a stroller and going down 5 flights of stairs was horrendous!

The location was ideal. The room was average, couch was very worn material was ripping. Amenities were nice but could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly and kind. The restaurant, Solstice was amazing food was fresh and delicious. There were 3 elevators to service all 14 floors, 1 was broken upon arrival and we were told will not be repaired until October. A second elevator broke about 30 minutes into our stay. We were on the 10th floor and my family member is handicapped so stairs are a no. We spent the first day mostly wanting for the elevator 20 to 30 minutes each time. Luckily on our second day it was repaired but the hotel was packed so even with to elevators waiting time was long. All in all it was a good stay.

Nothing Parking charge

Elevators broken and extremely hot too. No house keeping, parking extremely expensive too. Definitely left feeling ripped off

Cons: Terrible elevator service (one was always down and once two were down, very slow and always full), bad breakfast and expensive parking
-
Bring your beach towels, chairs and umbrella's the cost was overpriced to rent for the day(s). They charge daily to park your vehicle. Overall I would not recommend this Resort nor would I return to this hotel/resort.

The actual property build and design is beautiful and accommodating. Leftover food, not just stains, on comforter, stains on towels, ketchup and liquid splashes on appliances. When we kindly requested a change of sheets, front desk was friendly and stated it would be changed. We were gone all day and when we returned back to the room that evening, nothing had been changed out. We went back down to the front desk and was handed all of the bedsheets and comforter to change it ourselves. Check in paperwork stated housekeeping would not be conducted until the third day of stay. On our third day, fresh towels were placed in the bathroom, but trash not taken out or beds not made. The overall cleanliness and lack of housekeeping was shocking as I work in hospitality/property management. Very disappointing for a Marriott Bonvoy product. Elevators not working properly. Several times we witnessed new guests carrying their luggage up the fire staircase to their rooms and this is a multi level property. We chose to take the stairs 90% of the time. The pool was extremely dirty. When you viewed the pool from the balcony, and the waterfalls were off, you could see the white scum layer over the entire pool. Trash was floating in the pool and around the pool. Several times we picked up trash and threw it away. The very best part of this trip was the beach service contractor La Dolce Vita. Angelo and Victoria level of customer service truly made the beach experience memorable. They treated each guest with such care and kindness. Their attention to detail was a stark difference compared to the hotel. The overall issue with this property is most likely an ownership issue or management issue. If understaffed, this is the end product. If training and follow-up is not top priority it impacts work culture. We decided to extend our stay and chose to book at another property.

How close to the beach it was Elevators, they took foreverrrrrr

Everything was so clean and staff were very friendly. The location made it even more convenient, everything was so close The hallways were a bit hot and they didn’t advise us when they restarted the keys, so all had to go down after a long day and had our keys reset

The breakfast was excellent! It was more than continental breakfast. Some selections were Sausage(pork and turkey), grits, pastries , cereal, yogurt w/ toppings, fruit and waffle makers. Coffee, milk, juice etc. When we arrived only 1 of the 3 elevators was working. There was no air as we waited on the ground floor. The lobby was located on the 4th floor. We stood at the ground level for over 15 min waiting for the elevator that was full of people whenever it got to us. We had to take the stairs to check in. We had my elderly mom in a wheelchair who was confined to the room because of the elevator issue. Our room was on the 13th floor, we had to take 13 flights of stairs up and down to get food, go to the beach, and the pool. There was no air in the hallways of the hotel.
