Bar and house keeping come in and brought towels without having to ask and safe and breakfast Checking in time seeing people coming in and going straight to their rooms. It should be at least 3 o’clock check-in not four oclock also didn’t like them big heavy chairs in the swimming pool

Everything was great, service wise. I was surprised by some fees charge when I got there so must pay better attention when planning next time.

How nice the staff is... They are always friendly... We were in room 309, and we noticed. We kept getting some roaches in the room. This was the first time we ever had that to happen. Other than that, the room was very nice. And the temperature in the room was amazing. The room stayed nice and cool on the hot days. We were there.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was 2 years ago for me and my daughter’s annual girls trip. Free breakfast, access to 3 pools and beach access, as well as poolside food and drink options made it an easy choice to come back and stay again. The hotel is also located in a good spot in PCB, so when we wanted to head out for dinner and other activities, it was easy. Staff is friendly and responsive. Great place!

The sprinklers on the beach walk way to the ocean was not on for saturday so the walkway got super hot even with sandals on. The entertainment at the hotel was super nice and added fun to our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
