Great location near beautifull park. Near metro station and great bakery. There was always someone in reception to help us. It was impossible to control the air conditioning from the room. We had to ask the staff to change the temperature every time. It turned off whenever the room key card was removed. We tried to report this issue to the staff, but they did not understand English well enough to grasp the problem. Some items in the room are already worn out, such as the door handles or the shower cabin.

Great value for money: the staff is very service oriented and focused on guest experience. We got recommendations and while we arrived before check-in, our bag was brought right into our room. The rooms are spacious for Paris and very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. A great perk is its closeness to park buttes Chaumon, and close to Pyrenees metro (with aircon). There's a lot of restaurants and bars in the area with varied foods. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris. Location is a bit far from center wasn't the best but it's great value with the room pricing. And there's a metro station. No room view but again the room value is worth it.

Mooie kamers, alles was proper, ligging vlak bij park. Fietsen konden in garage, wel betalend! Heel rustig geen last van lawaai. Ontbijt was zwak.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and we loved the location. Close to the subway, a beautiful park, supermarket and in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel and rooms are well appointed, clean and with AC, which is very much appreciated if staying during a heatwave. Breakfast was plentiful, healthy and tasty. We recommend this place and it will be my first option to go when we are back in Paris. Thank you!

The property was in a great location that was easily accessible by taxi. The rooms were quite small but well maintained. The staff were lovely and I will definitely be back. The lift going up and down to the floors were quite slow and the breakfast spread could have more of a variety.

The soundproofing is very good. Staff are very helpful. The window in my daughters’ room (406) can’t be shut. We have reported it to the staff and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I think it needs to be fixed properly.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Such a cool area and very close to the metro, sights and restaurants. There was a reception and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Comfortable and big bed as well. We will be back in the future!
