The property is nice proper and good location but the windows doesn’t close very well and the staff doesn’t seem to care about it unfortunately the staff are not so friendly and they doesn’t care about anything The staff are very neglectful inattentive

The hotel has an excellent location, easy access to the city centre. Lots of shops (groceries, bakery, tabac, post office) and restaurants nearby (not fancy, but good and affordable food of various kinds). Nice local vibe, just a regular busy neighbourhood, no issues at night with traffic or people on streets. Kind and helpful staff, in fact 0-24 available!! Oh, and the nicest surprise (because you hear bad things and it is really important indeed) - our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, a huge thank you to the cleaning staff, I hope it gets forwarded to them ? No issues really, the room wasn't huge, but we expected that. We haven't tried breakfast, so cannot speak about that. If you are unlucky and have noisy and rude people in the room next (or above), you might have trouble sleeping, but that's really not the hotel's fault.

The position of the room near the elevator and the doors were not no good isolated.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Looking at the average room nightly rate, a little more value could have been added, such as breakfast. Local taxes incurred upon check-in were an unpleasant surprise (6 euros per night per guest)

Although its only breakfast and there is no restaurant in hotel the breakfast was light and it has everything you need for good mornings. The room was good but the doors are little thin and you can hear everything from the halls and other rooms also the streets can be a little loud after 7-8pm For my taste it was too expensive for small room and only 3 days maybe if it was a little bit cheaper it would have been a 5/5 overall experience was pretty good

Nice room with window clean and comfortable so close to metro station and bus in nice neighborhood Bathroom so small and shower not separated from toilet and washer, it’s all together in same range

My experience at Huni hotel was very positive. The staff was very nice, the location was excellent and the room was small but worked out perfectly for me and my friend, plus they cleaned it every day. Would definitely book it again.

Not included Night manager was very rude, were not allowed to keep the room room key. When asked the answer was " my hotel , my rules"

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke very good English. The location is great, close to the bus and metro station. It was very small and having to give my key to the front desk everytime made me very uncomfortable. They asked for no identification the first day even with shift change so I could have said I'm in any room. After a day they did recognize us which made me feel better

It’s not what we expected We message the property that we are arriving really late due to delays. We were exhausted and we understand that there’s no parking onsite. We wanted just to drop our luggage then look for a parking and asked the concierge on duty if he knows a place he gave us an address but it’s like 5km away. So went back to the hotel and told him it was too far. He just raised his voice and said it wasn’t his problem and it get escalated into horrible experience because he told us that we are already late on checking in. He even mentioned that there’s an internet we can search for parking which his probably right but again due to limited connectivity we couldn’t. We just arrived to a country visiting for first time. Lasting we want is getting yelled at by concierge. Hotel was boiling hot that we had to open the window but my god it was too noisy that we barely sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Oh we asked if we can still booked for breakfast and he said no because it’s too late!!!

Location For some reason they have to keep the room key with them when your not in the room. Big security issue.
