Nice modern hotel but location away from shops and "out on its own" Only its location out in the "Boonies"

Large towels Near metro 1. We had no AC for 2 days . We were instructed to CALL to turn it on and they said they can turn it remotely ( but still warm) 2. They were not able to give us another room until the tour group left and when we started our private booking 3. Of the 46 participants, we( family of 4 in 2 rooms ) were the only one with no Ac

Location felt like not safe especially in the evening, the breakfast was poor given the paid price. The hotel is in Novotel brand but not like any Novotel I have stayed before, definetely not managed by Novotel itself, not the same quality and professionality. Overall it was ok but not good value for the money i paid.

Location was perfect for who I was seeing I have stayed here many times over the years and found that it appears to have gone "down hill". My room was not cleaned properly. I had to ask for fresh linen and towels, the floor wasn't vacuumed and we found old food in the refrigerator. The breakfast was so not worth the money. No juices avaliable, the bacon simply was not cooked, the eggs were runny to hard on the bottom of the dish. the breakfast talbles needed to be washed off better.

The breakfast was the worst. I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years, and this is the worst it has been. There were no juices set out. The bacon was raw. The eggs were runny. The bread was less than fresh, and there was no variety not to mention there was barely any fruit. This was the worst I’ve seen it.

Cozy and relaxing Air conditioner and location

Good location, clean, modern kitchen and the refrigerator. Chris the owner provided an excellent customer service. We were welcome with a bottle of wine! None. It has everything that we need.

The Gym’s equipment were good, however the gym is small, staff were amazing very helpful, very clean hotel, bed sheeting were very good as well. Variety of breakfast, lesser options.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was not satisfying, both at the food quality and service levels. I would have preferred to have the option of a rate with only breakfast included.

Location; No water bottles in room; dust on first day ( corrected then)”, sir pugs not working; only decaffeinated. In short it does not deserve a 4 stars in my opinion

Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent location with plenty of good restaurants nearby and close to metro.

Clean, decent breakfast, staff pleasant Staff answered questions but not proactive with customer service. Hope Trafalgar chooses a different hotel in future. Location too far from major sites. Extended stay after Trafalgar and found location too far from other tour meeting points.
