It's a fantastic location, literally steps away from the 11 metro line and in a neighborhood that's quiet but has a lot going on. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The room was listed as having AC whereas there was only a fan. Since the heat was not extreme on those two nights, I was reasonably comfortable, but was disappointed given I'd been expecting AC.

The location - in a beautiful part of Belleville. Airconditioning and fan. Cute little balcony overlooking the cathedral Nothing, we had an excellent stay.

I like the area. Full of bakeries and groceries and coffee shops. Staff friendly and knew English. The place was cleaned everyday and towels changed every day. Metro close to the hotel too. It's was easy to hear others from out side in the other room. But not big deal for me. The lift was small but still ok to walk up the stairs but good enough to put the bags in lift.

Property was good. Near to metro station. Quite safe area. Mind it everything is at least 2 transport away, like metro+metro or bus+metro. Help desk is very friendly. No toiletries. Very small lift. Show area is weird, water goes into the bathroom.
