Location is great; staff very good.

The front desk staff were very helpful and so nice ! Room may have been a little small but overall great !! Very comfortable ac !!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. They were also clean, bed was comfortable. Location was also nice, and next to the hotel is a great bakery that we really loved. The elevator is very small, for 2 persons without luggages. Not the best experience if you don't like condensed spaces.

Great service and location. The rooms are cleaned every single day. Have to go downstairs if you wanna use iron or steamer.

The staff and management were incredible and made our 3 day stay better because of it. I have nothing negative to say. When good kind people have a business that they take pride in it is important to support them. Plus the cat was just an added bonus!

But the lack of cleaning facilities and toothpaste surprised me.

Location is great, and walkable to the Eiffel Tower or the nearest metro, the staff were really nice and very friendly. Room was too small for 2 people especially with suitcases

The location is perfect. Super close to the Eiffel Tower — about a 15-minute walk. It’s very peaceful, and the front desk staff were always helping us. Of course, the cat is beautiful and lets you pet him. The whole place had such a great vibe. N/A

Location is great. The staff is excellent: Christophe and Alvaro were excellent. The room is comfortable. Towels were changed daily but the bed sheets every 3 days. The checking hour is quite late.

Location in the center of Paris. The staff are very welcoming and kind. The room is clean. We tried the breakfast once — it was good, and there are also plenty of options nearby. I would also like to mention their amazing cat, Monsieur Hermes, who welcomed us every day during our stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Alvaro! I felt very welcome! The location is great, very close to different metro stations, nice cafes, Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious, clean, quiet. I had everything I needed there. The patio is cosy and cute, it was nice to have my coffee and croissant there every morning. There is a great bakery next door, highly recommended too. The cat Hermes made my stay even better :) The bathroom gets real messy, because there is no shower door. Not sure who came up with this structure and why. It's really inconvenient. Also the pillows are small and soft, and the mattress is rock hard, I had a back and neck ache every morning.

Excellent proximity to major attractions while still feeling removed from the throngs of tourists. Staff was courteous and the concierge cat was a very nice perk! Excellent air conditioning! The bathroom could use some updating but water pressure in shower was fantastic.

The room was too tight. The wall angles were covered with spider webs. Cleanliness could have been better.

Shower does not have a door, it can get messy pretty quickly and the elevator is way too small, for couples with more than 1 luggage it will take 2-3 elevator trips

It is in a location easily accessible by public transport, walkable to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a great outdoor market several times a week. The staff were exceptional. Not much to complain about.

Great location, it’s a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the area felt safe. The rooms were very poor quality, they were small and had very poor sound proofing. The AC was not working when we stayed and we raised it with the reception staff, they said they fixed it but nothing had changed. We could hear our noisy neighbors the whole time and they were quite loud late night and early mornings which made our stay quite unpleasant. The price was comparatively cheaper but there are other properties with better amenities for this price.
