Very friendly , accommodating and informative staff. The safe didn't work. I didn't draw anyone's attention to this however.

Good location, not far from metro stations Oberkampf / Parmentier, walking distance to Gare Du Nord & Bastille. Friendly staff. Mattress, spacing, room cleanliness were okay, I would say a bit of a stretch for the price. But hey, this is Paris.

I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The network is open and unsecured. The breakfasts were poor, and the same food was served every day.

The hotel staff were not friendly, except for one lady who was very nice and enjoyed talking with us. However, the older lady was rude and appeared to treat us unfairly because of our race.

Closer to the parmentier metro 3 station. Has a lift. Good value for a room in Paris with spacious bathroom There are some noise from the road. If the window can be soundproof it will be better

Well appointed room - fridge and coffee machine both really handy and better than usual hotel room standard! Great location in Central Paris for getting around and to main sites easily. Really comfy bed. Small but perfect room! Shame there wasnt a breakfast option for coeliacs but plenty nearby. The safe wasnt working or attached to the wall but this wasnt a deal breaker for me.

Great location for The Bataclan. Just a 5 min walk. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing everything was great.

The location of the hotel was very nice and convenient The room was tiny. We did not even have enough space to open our suitcase
