The room was clean Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price was nearly $500 per night. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a much higher level of comfort, amenities, and service, but the property felt more like an upgraded hostel. The room itself was clean, which we appreciated, but the overall quality did not match the price or rating. The flooring was the type of plastic carpet you would expect in a budget accommodation, not a 4-star hotel. There were also several basic amenities missing: no conditioner (which is a standard expectation at this level), no iron or steamer in the room, and the shower setup was very inconvenient. The only option was a handheld shower head that barely stayed positioned above you, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. Because of the overall experience, we were so dissatisfied that we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after only one night, moving to another hotel. The communication afterward was also frustrating. When I checked out, I spoke with the reception team, completed the checkout process, and even paid the city tax. The following day, I received a call and was told that the receptionist I checked out with the day before had not communicated the situation to management, so I had to repeat the entire conversation and explain everything again. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and need to be in this specific area, it may work for you. However, given the price and the fact that this is a 4-star hotel, I would not recommend it. The value, amenities, and overall experience did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this category.

Our room did not have a shower stall or shower head, but a bathtub, which is less suitable for older people, and the water flow was not as strong as expected.

The hotel itself is very cool and full of character, plenty of giraffes indeed so quite the unique and memorable touch throughout. Inside garden and courtyard with the trees makes the whole space feel incredibly unique. The location in the 11th arrondissement is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and bars just steps away, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. Breakfast was both affordable and good quality, very much appreciated. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We accidentally lost one of the hotel's complimentary umbrellas and reported it to the front desk. Instead of charging us the €15 replacement fee, they kindly offered to retrieve it from where we had left it. Such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. Flooring material in the room (woven vinyl) is not for everyone.

The location was extremely convenient, in a great neighborhood. The front desk clerk was very personable and answered my questions about the hotel and the area with grace. The room itself was clean and breezy. The shower is one of the ones that has no door or curtain, and water just splashed everywhere. Perhaps I just don't know how to effectively use that style. I could not adjust the AC. The beds were not particularly comfortable, but did the job.

It would be nice to have more shelf space in the bathroom to put your stuff, but that was so minor, I didn't really have an issue with anything at this property.
-
I wish the beds were king size and the availability of a pillow menu.

The design was clean, simple, functional and sophisticated. I stayed on the garden level, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the metro and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. We got an upgraded room for free! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was overall quiet and nice with a cute courtyard in the middle. I would stay here again.

Location was good for the 11th. The decor was nice. Having sparkling water in room was good. The first room shown was a garden superior room but the slate flooring outside door was raised. Tripping hazard. I was given different room just inside the garden area. Always noisy with traffic and cleaning people in the am.

Decor was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and isolated. There aren’t any long halls so you don’t get any hallway traffic noise. Room did not have an iron and ironing board as advertised. Shower was small and it was hard to keep the water from getting out onto the floor. Not a fan of rainfall showers and the handheld one hit at chest level.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood of Paris. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. There is secure parking in a garage directly across the street. The room was clean and cozy. We were there over Valentine's Day, and our bed was decorated with rose petals, towel swans, and little tea lights. Very cute! The next day, we had heart balloons on our bed. Little touches like this made our stay special. This isn't our usual location when visiting Paris, but this hotel was close to friends and it made it very convenient. If we need to stay in this area again, we will definitely stay here. Nothing.

Excellent location, near metro, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. There was an intermittent smell coming from the bathroom sink, otherwise a very nice and clean room

excellent breakfast, the dining area was very cold

Very quiet room despite being on the rez-de-chaussée. Comfortable bed, great shower and bath. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Superb petit-déjeuner. All was terrific!
-
Brand New and close to metro. Great staff. Smallish room even by European standards.

Big, clean, and comfortable rooms -- especially for Paris! The air conditioning works GREAT for those who want or need it. The rooms were dark and quiet for getting sleep at night; ours opened into the serene courtyard. The breakfast is pretty good and offers a decent variety of options. Overall, the staff is excellent -- always available and helpful. They made the stay extra nice. Location is really nice! You're within a 5-10-minute walk to multiple metro lines to get around the city. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and even a pharmacy and express grocery story 1-2 blocks away. No notes!

My family and I loved the aesthetic of the hotel, it was very clean, with lovely amenities and the design of the room was well thought out. The hotel was quiet but still located near many businesses and subway lines. The hotel staff were superb, always friendly and helpful. (Thank you to Annas, Mario and the whole staff.) They even helped us celebrate our son's 8th birthday will lovely decorations and balloons in our room. So special! We will certainly be back. All perfect.

Staff was excellent. Good location. Too modern. Not enough space, too cramped.
