The rooms were air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Luxurious without the cost. Breakfast in France is not like the hearty breakfast typical in America. The Hotel provided a superb petit déjeuner and their small restaurant did a great job. Located in the city center for old and new on the banks of the Siene River, across from Notre Dame and a few blocks from the Louvre. Perfect location. Staff was exceptional. Kind efficient, thoughtful. Put up with my pigeon French. Offered good advice on my travels. That I had to leave after just 2 nights.

Great staff! The entire facilities needs a refresh. It looks like it was likely nice about 10-15 years ago.

Fantastic, central, great vibes!

Property was essentially located easy to get to our sightseeing destinations. The bed was very comfortable. Room was small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. Our room had a very small balcony facing the street. Please note elevator is very small. It’s two people and maybe they’re luggage. The balcony was very small, difficult to actually sit at the table and enjoy a coffee. And at night, the noise from the bars was a little annoying. But we were so tired from walking around Paris, we were able to fall asleep.

This place is the best hotel to stay at while in Paris. Location is wow, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and it is beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well That we stayed only 1 night

The location is perfect. It’s near Notre Dame, Sainte Chappell, the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and gracious. The library area was a comfortable place to spend a little time reading and relaxing. Also really liked the soaking tub and bathroom decor. The elevator was not working during our stay - but staff brought our bags up so our 3rd floor room wasn't really an issue.

Location excellent and service impeccable!
-
Good moderate option in central area of Paris. Charming, well located, tad noisy
-
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Seine, RER/metro, and cafes and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The holiday decor was a lovely bonus!

I love the location of this hotel. Very convenient for the airport via metro. I’ve stayed here multiple times. I splurged for my birthday on the Eiffel Tower Room. The pictures showed a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window. My room did not have that view. The staff said it was a class of room and not a guaranteed view.

Location, great balcony, friendly staff!

We loved this hotel and the location was superb. We were checked in early which was great. Metro stop across the street. You can walk to Notre Dame, boat cruises and even the Louvre. Plenty of cafes and bakeries nearby.
-
Location was amazing and you get good value for the price. The AC was not working properly and there was too much noise from the street

Location was perfect. The room was small, but nice and they had slippers, some welcome water and chocolates which was a nice touch. The staff were great, especially Tenzin. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. The breakfast is simple, but has everything you need. The young woman who was taking care of the breakfast made sure everything was fresh and stocked. I would definitley stay there again. The room and bathroom could have been a bit bigger, but I knew what I reserved so no complaints. Everything else was great!

Really amazing value for money, especially considering the location.
