We missed the first day of our reservation and the staff was kind enough to give us free complimentary breakfast for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and well worth paying for. The location was very cute.

The property was spacious and immaculate. It has a beautiful new kitchen with all the amenities. We loved how the fresh and clean scent of the apartment hits you as you open the door! The two large bathrooms were a blessing for our family of four that include two teenage daughters. The location can’t be beat—in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the sites. The opportunity to sit on the balcony in the morning, sip coffee, and watch the sunrise hit a 500 year old cathedral (you can almost reach out and touch) simply can’t be beat! Nothing

Location amazing Bathroom with no stand alone shower So had to stand in bath and shower with no shower curtain

Location was great and kudos t a friendly and extremely informative staff. Water came out below the shower door making the entire bathroom floor wet and slick.

The location is nice as it is near to metro station, shops and restaurants. Staff is very cooperative. Louvre museum is at walking distance. Lift is very small

Unfortunately, the hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a dark, narrow staircase and an extremely small elevator that could barely fit one person and one suitcase. The room itself was far smaller than I expected for the price. It was so small that I could not even fully open my carry-on luggage inside the room. The closet door was also broken, which made it difficult to store my belongings properly. The room felt poorly maintained. The bedside lamp was broken, the bathtub had no shower curtain, the toilet was awkwardly exposed, and the showerhead had no proper holder, making it difficult to use. What bothered me the most was the unpleasant smell throughout the room. It made it difficult to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I understand that many buildings in Paris are historic, and I don’t expect every hotel to be modern. However, for the price I paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I felt that the quality was far below what I had paid for. This trip to Paris had been my lifelong dream. Sadly, instead of returning to a welcoming place each evening, I came back to a room that left me feeling disappointed and discouraged. It overshadowed what should have been one of the happiest experiences of my life. To be fair, there were a few positive aspects. The hotel staff were always polite, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a huge relief during the Paris heatwave, when temperatures reached around 95°F (35°C). The location is also excellent, with many wonderful restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. However, the excellent location also comes with a...

I fell sick during my trip to Europe and the staff at the hotel were so supportive and caring towards me. They helped me in every way they could still have a good and safe time in Paris despite my limits. Being sick while travelling solo in a foreign country is a scary thing. Having hotel staff that understand, look out for you, and check in on you, thats priceless. I recommend this hotel hands down. Ema brought me much needed food when I couldn't go out. Debhia would give me hugs in the morning, I needed that! Even before my trip I contacted the hotel about and injury I was healing from, and the hotel listened and accommodated me with a very quiet room to help support that part of my healing. Being able to reach out to a hotel and tell them your needs and be listened to is the basis of a safer travel experience. Thank you staff for being there for me! I so appreciate you. Major bonus that the hotel is in the middle of everything you need. Several subway stops, all the food choices, safe streets, patios open with easy access to food and ambiance and shopping. Everything was walking distance, Louvre, notre dame, and all the other sites. Wifi was a bit flakey. Noise comes through the rooms/floors (my first room was super quiet, but I needed to be around some action/life since I was sick and couldn't leave hotel, and so I asked to switch to a street view), so just bring ear plugs and have reasonable expectations of booking a hotel in a part of the world that is so much older.

Location, staff. I mean its walking distance of major places, and very well connected metro and train. Its relative expensive for what they offer. But its centric. * bathroom in summer and you stay room facing main street its sl hot because of the sun and you share are room you have a problem. Too hot. * breakfast its simple.

Breakfast was very good. Location was in an area with many restaurants, short walk to Norte Dame and the Louve Museum. We loved the area and will go back. The room was small but normal for Europe it seems

Staff is great and friendly. Located near metro Chatelet. Walking distance to Louvre. and some other places of interest. Room is very small for two people. Literally no space to open two medium size suitcases at the same time. Shower is tiny. Area is not always quiet at evening, crowded by young people sitting late outside in restaurants.

Location! Easy to walk to many places Small amount of storage in the room

The property is in a good location but it’s really a 3-star hotel. The rooms are dated and need some updating.

  • Engine customer May 2026

The WiFi is outdated but didn’t really bother us.

Can’t beat the location and the staff, especially Nas and Debbi were so helpful. Quiet room, elevator worked and not much wait. Breakfast was good with all essentials. The hotel is situated in the middle of Paris, walking distance to Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, Chatelet Theater tons of restaurants of many cultures in every direction of walking. WiFi and would have been nice to have cable tv not antenna.

It did not feel like a 4-star hotel. We didn't have hot water (our baths and showers were luke warm), there was a mini-fridge that was dirty and empty (so we had to stock up on drinks at a nearby grocery store), one of the beds was a murphy bed. It was all fine, but just not what I would expect for the 4-star rating and price.

We were looking for a spacious room that could comfortably fit the three of us, which can be hard to find in central Paris, and this one worked out really well for our needs. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to shopping, museums, and Notre Dame, with a subway stop right in front for getting around the city. We also really appreciated that the room had reliable air conditioning and heating, which can be hard to find in Paris. We had read the reviews beforehand, so we had a general sense of what to expect. It’s not a four-star hotel and felt closer to a two-star experience. For example, the bed in our room was missing a side frame, so it looked partially assembled, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom. The bathtub is positioned against a wall under a slanted roof, which made it very difficult to shower unless you were crouching or kneeling. Water also tends to splash throughout the bathroom, which made it inconvenient to use.
