Close to many historical sites The shower tub didn’t have a shower curtain so water went everywhere. The deluxe room isn’t deluxe. Be careful when Booking asks if you want to upgrade. They’re just trying to make more money.

From communication prior to arrival, to friendly check in staff, to the beautiful breakfast, our stay couldn’t have been more lovely. My daughter and I booked this hotel at quite short notice for our Paris trip. The location is fantastic for seeing all of the sights. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and so welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was a delight!

This location was beautiful and in a great location, walkable to all the sites and cafes we wanted. The staff was lovely, gracious, and accomodating. The room was small but comfortable, and quite large in comparison to all the other Paris hotel rooms we have been in thus far. I have always wanted a view when we stay in Paris and this room had a window but it looked into an air shaft with other hotel room windows. Next time we visit, we will ask for one with a view. That is the only thing I would change about this hotel.

It’s better if you tell them to clean the room early because they clean the room until 5 PM

Everyone was so kinda and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and overall a stunning hotel! There was some noise outside but that is something that the hotel cannot control so I cannot truly complaint about that. I felt comfortable at all time :)

Location was fantastic. Hotel was newly renovated. Shower and bed were above standard. Staff was nice. The Hotel just opened after being fully renovated . we had had trouble with safe which could not be fixed until the next day, internet was down for one afternoon and twice the elevator flashed out of service and we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs.

A little loud as it is by a school and the surrounding area was used by homeless so it smells like pee.

Location was excellent and the shops and restaurants were on the door step No view but that’s nearly impossible!!

Nothing, wouldn't select this hotel again. When we first arrive they provide a room that is same like loft and very small.

Balcony The room was smaller than expected #505.. bed was 2 singles put together and sank in the middle. decor was poor and shabby - ugly wall paper, unfinished or patched walls and closets. Bathroom was big enough, but toilet was in a cubby hole like section and husband didn't have enough room to sit down on it. took shower and water pressure not only low, but kept switching from cold to scalding hot per i believe someone else in hotel was showering as well. Staff was ok and location good.
