We loved the location The room was small but clean and comfortable It has AC which is great because it was really hot They changed the towels every day and made the beds, pick up trash and everything else The young lady from the front desk is super kind and helpful kudos to her

Location of the hotel. We booked well in advance, yet our room was basically in the basement, window at street level, right next to a restaurant/bar. It was noisy. Facilities were date and clealiness was poor. Checkin was very slow, staff member was really unprepared for the function.

The hotel is located close to the train station and, from there, easily and quickly accessible on foot. The nearest metro entrance is also relatively close by and can be reached on foot. The hotel's breakfast area is nice and the buffet has everything you could want. The room has air conditioning, which was very welcome during the active heat wave. The room I stayed in could use some renovations. The floor was cracked in places, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor despite appearing clean. Expensive breakfast, especially for young children as there is no reduced fee for young children, they pay the same as an adult.

Location was great--nice walk to Sacre-Coeur and a quick stroll to the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable, with lots of charm. We had a very nice time staying here and they were very attentive to our needs, making up our room daily and providing us what anything we asked for. The bathroom door was very squeaky. The air conditioner existed but seemed unable to cool the room below about 24 Celsius--it might have been set to a temperature limit. The bathroom shower had a glass door that could potentially swing into the edge of the sink and shatter, which would've been quite a disaster if it'd happened.

Nice and friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Hotel location is near to many restaurants, Carefour just at the corner which is convenient. Metro just 5-7 min walk.

Good location, within walking distance of 2 metro stations. The receptionist Jack was very professional and answered all our queries warmly. Room is small. Elevator is slow.
