It would be unfair to say all the staff were poor. The young lady who was there when we checked in was polite and the lady who cleaned the rooms was kind and helpful. The location was good and the room was clean. It is the "gentleman" who was at the desk when we left who was not someone I would want to encounter again. The rooms were not well-air-conditioned. It appears that the establishment believes it is fine to have a 20 degree temperature in the room. No matter how low we tried to make the temperature, it would not go lower than 20 degrees. However, the higher one's room was, the warmer it became. Our family members on the second floor had a 30 degree temperature in their rooms. When we pay for air-conditioning, we expect a cool room.

My room was so newly renovated that I could feel a light smell of a freshly painted walls and recently assembled furniture, which I loved. The window overlooked the opposite building, and I liked the view, too. It felt like the hallways haven’t been renovated for a while

Excellent location, near Le Marais and near many restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. Has elevator and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely go back to this hotel. -

Location In the morning at 8:00 the fire alarm went off and nobody did anything or even explained that it was a false alarm. Also I had to pay twice for the room. After booking a room on the website, the deposit like for the night is frozen and took on the card and you are forced to pay for the room also directly at the hotel. Totally, you pay twice for one night. The deposit paid has not been returned me back yet
