The hotel was in a perfect location, easily accessible to the metro. The room had all the main facilities and staff were super friendly and hospitable. The lobby of the hotel was really cute! There was no fridge in the hotel room and it was slightly smaller than expected.

The location was excellent.. So close to the Metro and to lots of cafe's and places to wander.. There was a lovely view from the room, and it was impeccably clean.. All the staff were very helpful, thank you. The breakfast was a bit meagre, in that there was not lots of selection and you order your hot drinks.. The croissants and pain au chocolates were a bit small and maybe not always freshly cooked.. However, there was enough to sustain us. Also be aware there is no lift, so you may be going up a number of flights of steps

Presents as it looks. Although small the bed was great and so was the bathroom etc. Great location, close to Metro and walking distance to Paris’s Notre Dame, Seine etc Nothing

Great location right by Bastille metro. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was top floor and facing courtyard- very quiet. AC was a god send during the heatwave. There is no elevator (but this is clearly mentioned in the description). The staff kindly took our suitcases up to our room which was on the top floor.

The staff were absolute stand-outs on our entire Europe trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were super generous, offering water and extra food to take on our day. We were on the top floor, and this was quite the trek each time we arrived back. Having said that, the view was worth it!

Everything. It was so clean and cozy. There was a nice breeze with the window open and good air conditioning. The workers were so kind and made a coffee and a drink. They did luggage storage when we arrived early and let us into our room as soon as it was cleaned. We had an amazing view. The location was fantastic! I truly loved this hotel and will stay here next time I come to Paris. There is nothing I did not like. I feel some might not like that there is no elevator… but I think that’s true of most of Paris so it is not really a problem for those who are able bodied.

What a location and view! A beautiful place to stay, the bed was super comfortable. We knew about the stairs from previous reviews so it wasn’t a shock. The hotel doesn’t offer access into rooms early for a fee which made it a bit hard after an early morning flight, but I suppose that’s because it is small and there’s no guarantee.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the speakeasy aspect of the entrance and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
