The staff was very friendly and helpful. In terms of customer service, they exceeded expectations. The breakfast was also nice to have before heading out to explore Paris. I was also able to use the elevator to take up a foldable wheelchair to our room. The beds were also comfortable to sleep after a long day of exploring. Also, it was steps away from a laundromat which was very convenient to wash my clothes. There are also good food spots nearby to eat if a quick meal is needed. The rooms are small, but that was also anticipated based off the listing. Most of the stays in Paris are similar in size and so I can't complain too much about that. Otherwise, I saw nothing wrong with the stay.

Great neighborhood that's is near lots of Metro stations nearby so it was easy to move around. Nice walk to Canal Saint Martin and really good restaurants in 11th Arr. The staff was very helpful with any of the questions I had. Arriving late night? There are good food options nearby that open late. It was a nice and reasonably priced hotel base when visiting Paris. I don't have anything negative to say. This hotel met all my travel needs.

Very nice hotel in a great area of Paris, with interesting cafe bookshops and vintage shops nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. Only quibble was they could do with better soundproofing - we had a room facing the street and were kept awake by people celebrating the World Cup final!

The a/c unit made a constant noise that troubled us when going to sleep. The sound was of running water non stop.

Good location, working air conditioning The housekeeping was very disappointing. The bed linen was not changed during the stay, and basic amenities such as shower gel and soap were not refilled consistently. One of the towels had black hairs on it, which was unacceptable. The bathroom door also did not close properly, making it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, we left a T-shirt on the ottoman to dry, and when we returned, it had what looked like a butt-shaped stain or mark on it, suggesting that someone had sat on it. These issues seriously affected the overall impression of the hotel.
