What I liked most was that it has a lift and is centrally located The booking website lists it as having air conditioning, but it doesn’t – there’s just a fan in the room. I tried to ask a woman at reception for another one, but she was very rude and said no, that the hotel had never had air conditioning. The cleaning service was very poor; they just emptied the bin and didn’t clean the room.

Cool area, tidy A bit hot, water was not cold in the shower

The room was a bit small, but we spent all days sightseeing and only used it for resting, so that wasn't much of an issue.

The listing, website, and hotel claimed that the hotel had free wifi and while it did, none of the wifi connections worked on my phone or computer. The staff was very kind and tried to restart the routers multiple times, but ultimately I needed the wifi to work in the evenings and it was rarely working.

The room was very clean, and not too noisy considering how well located the hotel is. Speaking of the location: the spot is perfect in the city, no need to look for a hotel in the center: plenty of restaurants, bakery and bars around. Great metro lines around the corner (9 and 5), but you can visit and see a lot by foot only. The room was clean, but the building itself felt quite the opposite: the lobby is cluttered, the desk is not in good condition either. This honestly wouldn't be a problem if the desk person was nice, but it was unfortunately not the case all the time. From the two persons we saw at the desk, one of them was quite unresourceful, we felt like we bothered him, and we got ignored for a good two minutes when we arrived: not a nod, not a smile, not a "hello". The other person was a very sweet woman, which was adorable. The elevator was broken when we got there, which made our way to the third floor a bit tricky with our luggage, but we manage. Not too big of a deal for us, but thiking about the old couple that were staying on our floor and felt a bit bad for them. The room itself was very small, same goes for the bathroom and its shower. But it was so clean and the bed was quite comfortable, also we were almost never in the room, so it's just a little detail!

Everything was ok

It had a good connection to public transport and provided a basic service, but over all was it clean. The bathroom was really for slim person. It had no noise insulation, you could hear your neighbors’ activity.

They put us,with a little girl, at The last floor( six) with no elevator working !!!

Close to an amazing place to see the lively night life ! Just make sure you get off at the right metro otherwise you have to walk through the really bad part of town to get to the hotel I didn’t like it that the foreigner travel tax and the hotel city tax had to be paid in euros cash if you didn’t have euros in cash, you had to purchase something at the hotel in order to add the hotel taxes to your purchase

There was quite a lot of humidity in the room.

The location is quite good. My room was on the ground floor, and some kind of generator kept turning on behind the wall all the time, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The hotel has very poor sound insulation. The shower was so small that I could barely fit in, and I was afraid to lift my arms properly to wash myself (and I’m very thin). The toilet was right next to the shower, and for a bigger person it would have been impossible to sit comfortably. There wasn’t really a proper blanket — just a sheet and a wool blanket without a cover, which is unhygienic. For some reason the radiator didn’t work. I was lucky it was 10°C outside so it wasn’t too cold, but I still wanted to turn the heating on. My window also wouldn’t open for ventilation. There was no carpet in the room either — only cold tile flooring. The hotel also didn’t provide disposable slippers.

It was kind of near the buses and trains. The bathroom was new. The rooms were small, and not very clean nor comfortable. The curtains were broken. The bed cover looked filthy.

A little too small of a room.

Not super central but we managed to get around every destination we wanted to. The breakfast was poor. Just a croissant and a baguette which were tasty but nothing else more. It would’ve been nice to have some cheese/meat and some vegetables on the side.

Very good location and the hotel was clean Nothing

The location The bathroom and shower's cabin are too small that I hardly take shower and can't move in the shower's cabin and the hotel staff said all of rooms are the same and they can not do anything about it. The walls are so thin so I heard all of nights the sounds of TV and sexual relationship of the nighbor room so I could not sleep well. The first layer of bed's sheet has bugs. The hallway light in front of the room door was out, and it was difficult to open the door at night.

Decent location Staff was incredibly unfriendly and rude, the room had no AC or a fan in 40 degree weather

The hotel was in a good location, close to transit, clean and the front desk staff were very polite. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The day I was supposed to check in, they informed me that they couldn’t accommodate me and gave me a different hotel instead. That one was small and old.
