Great staff and great rooms !

The location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it was only about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very nice bathroom, and very clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was an excellent choice, especially for families or anyone who prefers the convenience of having a kitchenette during their stay. The only downside was the distance from the train station. Although it was only about a 10-minute walk, we found ourselves making that walk every day, which became a bit tiring, especially after long days of sightseeing. Other than that, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to reach most of the places I wanted to visit. Its location made my stay much more enjoyable. The only downside was that there was no designated parking for hotel guests, which made parking less convenient.

It’s a little far. But still an easy commute.

The location was great, in the 12th arrondissement. It was quiet, but with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were great! A special THANK YOU to Arona, Myriam, and Pierre. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one. We hope to stay there again for our next trip.

No bodywash in shower, no English speaking tv channels

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially with food and beverages which are available late night

From the very beginning the stylish, modern and updated lobby sets the tone upon check-in. Our room was quite spacious and very well appointed. We loved the fact that the shower and bathroom was big, the floors were not carpeted, the air conditioning was excellent and the beds super comfy. I would also like to note the staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. Only good things to say about this hotel. Everything was great!

I wish that they would simply refill the coffee rather than have us ask at the desk. I always forget.

Large rooms, mini kitchen, great A/C, helpful staff, convenient to 3 metro lines.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was exceptionally nice.

It was very spacious and super clean! We had a wonderful view across the right bank. There is a nice terrace on the 8th floor. I had some difficulty regulating the air conditioning during a heat wave, but otherwise it was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Paris! The location was good as it was not far from ORLY airport and also not too far from what we wanted to see in the city. We took a bolt closer into the city most days, then would walk all the way back. Area felt safe and not dirty, not much to do around the hotel itself but there’s a cool walking trail and walking distance to Gare de Lyon. 30 min ride to sacre coure, 30 min ride to Eiffel Tower, and 20 mins to notre dame, this is without traffic! You could definitely walk to those locations it would simply take you between 40mins-over an hour. The staff was Freud it and there was 24hr reception which is nice for early mornings and late nights. Hotel room was clean when we arrived but the cleaning service throughout our stay wasn’t very good and we heard others complaint about it too. Not a huge deal tho.

A bit expensive.

Nice lay out (studio) but the location.... laundry room / easy with the app. Front desk staff very pleasant Group of homeless drunk next to the hotel feels not pleasant

size of room is great, good location. balcony is nice. access to kitchen is handy. cleaning staff is beyond kind. the thermostat ur room is equipped with is essentially useless. u cannot control the temperature in your room and theyve got the heater on to scorching hot all through april. u can open the balcony door but only to invite all the noisiness and not much of the cold air. also could not provide a fan. also has a bunch of corners ripe for stubbing urself. just be mindful. definitely not fit for children. elevator us tiny and there is just one which causes much unnecessary elevator traffic. not a fan of commenting on people/their behaviors, especially working people, but a lot of the front desk staff is unnecessarily condescending and rude. customer service is unknown in these parts. a lot of these mishaps could be forgotten and forgiven had this property not been a “4 stars” hotel. definitely nowhere near or worthy of 4 stars, or the price tag.
