The owner is very friendly. The room is small but cozy. Location is good, close to subway station

The owner was nice. We had trouble paying because our metro/bus getting back by closing had issues. I wish we could pay ahead of time. I felt the owner thought we were trying to leave without paying, because we had to leave at 6 a.m. He sid get up early to have us pay, but paying when we arrived would be easier. They cleaned and made beds even though we only stayed two nights. Most hotels don't do that anymore, so i was pleasantly surprised. Very small room. The carpet seemed very old and dirty. Better if it was just a hard floor. Carpets are bad. The price was too high for the tiny room. Our hotel the night before was much nicer and larger, and the same price.

Hotel Beaunier is a tiny Parisian hotel in a very nice neighbourhood. A French hotel as they used to be decades ago, which makes it quite charming. It’s a bit worn down, but exceptionally clean. The hosts are very friendly.

Pascal was very courteous and friendly and helped us out no end with where to go and what metro and bus to catch, would definitely stay again and we both had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the time in Paris

Great location to Metro & Tram, A Caring & Knowledge Host, English Speaking, Great Price for a Tight Budget, Shower water drifted into the bathroom floor but this is the only issue. For the price it's worth the visit

We stayed for the Christmas holidays (New year’s Eve). Everything was great, the position allowed us to reach all the Monuments and famous places in Paris without any difficulties. The host was very nice and friendly and helped us with our questions (Thank you very much). The room was basic but we had everything we need for our stay.

- very close to subway(5 minutes walk) - restaurants & shops around - the receptionist was very kind,welcoming and nice - TV with Canal+ & Canal Foot( we could watch Champions & Europa League) - spacious beds and clean sheet - it could have been better cleaned -there was a weird smell in the bathroom

Pleasant

It was cozy, and close to the metro. The owners are very friendly. The bed is way to small for 2 persons. It feels old and a bit run down. There is mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Exceptional

Location was amazing was so close metro and bus. Plus nice restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away. The manager was helpful and always friendly. Although the general room size was good the bathroom was very small and my husband is 6ft4 so he struggled with it a little bit.

The location was excellent, close to metro stations and restaurants. If you read the information carefully before booking you know what you are getting, a value stay in a good location with a very helpful and friendly host. What you aren't getting is a high class high spec hotel, but then you weren't paying those prices. we would recommend this place for a budget stay. The bathroom door didn't close and it was difficult to not flood the bathroom when showering.

Close to everything The spiral staircase

The owner is charming, so helpful. Near to buses, métro ànd tram stops. Easy travel from Gare Du Nord etc Shower was more a wet room and small

Very convenient for a night in Paris if you are heading back from Gare Du Nord. The owner was very friendly and helpful and kept our luggage in the morning while we explored the area. The neighbourhood has several nice shops/ restaurants and cafés. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the shower is strong. The bathroom door didn't close in our room

Affordable and clean hotel conveniently close to public transportation (including OrlyBus). The owner is a kind person, just follow the rules
