Great experience, great location. Will be back

The location is great. A few minutes away from the metro line 7 which gets you anywhere. 15 minute walk to galaries lafayette. Buzzing area. Lots of restaurants to eat. Great great location to get to Central Paris too The rooms were small. I didn't like that you had to leave your keys with front desk everytime you went out. It felt like we were children and they didn't trust us with our own hotel room key. Never had it anywhere before

Convenient location, decent room that was clean and well maintained. A bit on the pricy side.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms should be cleaner. One of the rooms have no coffee machine.

The hotel has a good location, and the double room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent and provided great service. However, there were several disappointing issues. The triple room was extremely small, and the bathroom was very old. On our first day, the shower head was removed for cleaning, and we were asked if we wanted to take a shower without it, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning is controlled only by the reception, so guests cannot adjust the temperature from their rooms. Our room was also very stuffy. Breakfast was very basic, and the dining area is a small basement room with no windows, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Two of the reception staff, both blonde ladies, were unfriendly and unprofessional. When I asked for a late check out, one of them immediately said “No” without even asking for my room number or checking availability. The elevator was out of service one day, which was frustrating after a long and tiring day. Overall, the hotel is much smaller and narrower than it appears in the photos. Finally, my son asked for some ketchup, and instead of helping, the staff told him to go and buy it from a shop outside. That was a very disappointing level of customer service.

Great location, very walkable to many directions. Nice lively neighbourhood both during day and night time. Room for 3 wasn't big but not small either when travelling lightly. Good ventilation and a/c during +30 C temps outside. Nice street views with little noise. Room and hotel in general were quite bland and generic, but also in a good sense. It's a Best Western, not a boutique place. Everything worked and there was really nothing wrong. Nice people at the reception. Were able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast room was in the cellar and pretty small, no windows. Took the breakfast only once, mediocre at best. The beds in the room felt a bit soft and worn, but not too bad.

Staff were beyond excellent, they were very nice and very helpful. Location is good and not very far from Gare du Nord. The room was dated and lacked basic items such as sockets by the bedhead and half/full length mirror inside the room. It was disappointing to find that the room quality was very different from the pictures posted online. I also spotted a few little ants in the bedroom and there was no instruction booklet for the safe box.
