Breakfast was a bit pricey, but it is Paris!

Honestly, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in amongst many of the 4 & 5 hotels in paris. For being very inexpensive and just a standard maybe 1 night stay type of hotel they put in a lot of effort… cakes and beverages upon check in etc but mainly the staff was SO incredibly helpful and kind. I slept in accidentally and they didn’t even bother me. They all were super cherry and literally agreed to hold my luggage for me for over 4 days. Honestly in shock I booked this so last minute kind of emergency/ missed flight situation but this was some of the best hospitality I’ve received in paris so far lol! Honestly for the price point nothing to complain about

Elegant, clean, homy, wonderful team. Nothing.

Didn't have a mini fridge in room, always have ice when asked. Noise from street was constant. Mostly sirens. Small lounge area in lobby, only enough room for two couples.

Friendly staff, beautiful property. Wonderful patisserie across the street. On a busy street with many sirens throughout the night. Steps into property may be challenging for mobility impaired.

This was the tiniest room I've ever stayed in. I also have no Idea how it got rated 4-stars. It is a solid 3-star hotel.

Room and bathroom- modern. The private spa time was not cleaned nor sanitized (more importantly) after each couple. Health hazard in a shower and sauna. Cleaning could be more thorough.

Lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff and good breakfast. Good location for walking and metro to visit city. there was not quite enough light in the room.

I loved the staff, the breakfast, the gym and how clean the place was. I thank the team for making it so enjoyable. Nothing really, I may have appreciated some soft drinks in the minibar.

Strong air conditioning, new furnishings Rooms and showers were tiny

A special touch: the room was upgraded so the space was really generous. Absence of wardrobe closet and no replacement of sugar supplies.

The location The bathroom and shower were extra small and the room was not very charming

Yes I have to ask 8 times for the bill when leaving ,the women did not understand that she had to print my bill

My favorite hotel in Paris ,love the sauna and fitness room .Saif and Chloe are super friendly and always happy to help with anything.This year I had a room with a beautiful claw foot bathtub and the year before I had a room with a gorgeous fireplace.The rooms are always spotless and I like having a coffee pot too . Elevators were a bit small but I took the stairs because I need the workout .

This is my favorite hotel in Paris,the rooms are beautifully decorated in typical French provincial classical style ,some have a fire place which adds to its charm.They provide a coffee maker in the rooms which I always need ,my room on this trip has a beautiful bathtub straight out of a movie ! I also love the free sauna and workout room in the lower level.Staff members Saif and Chloe were so accommodating too . The mattress could be turned over or maybe a new one .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus La Demeure. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location is perfect—it's in a safe area that's great for walking, with a metro station nearby. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the complimentary croissants and detox water at the reception—it’s such a thoughtful touch when you arrive tired and hungry after a flight. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it’s small but delicious. For a short stay in Paris, this hotel is a perfect choice. Overall, everything was good. I do wish the room had a small closet—perhaps due to limited space, there wasn't one. Instead, there was just a hanger near the entrance.
