1. Housekeeping Had to ask to vacuum my room, mop the floors. Received a stain hand towel one day and very damp towels folded on our sink another day Desk was not wiped down. 2. Food prices

From the moment we came in the staff was really friendly and helpful. A little on the pricey side, but brand new and super clean.

Perfect location near the Eiffel Tower and Siene River, a busy tourist area w lots of restaurants and buses and taxis available. The breakfast option for us, even tho we did use it twice in the 5 days we were here is expensive. It’s great if you eat a lot. We don’t. My husband was hot under the duvet and asked for a blanket. But they don’t have any. The deluxe king room was rather small and don’t expect housekeeping to show up every day.

location was great 5 min walk from Eiffel Tower Car park ?? Room OK I had breakfast and dinner including Food was very bad i had only two choices I ordered chicken and it was very salty I am very unhappy with the amount I paid it wasn’t worthy 1440 euro for just two nights

Everything! Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Also, cant ask for a better location. There’s nothing I didnt like.

This hotel was gorgeous and in a good location. It felt really safe. It was very family friendly, we stayed with our two year old and everyone was so kind.

Location !! Very friendly and helpful front desk , specially Sergio and Ruslana, thank you for your help!! The room needs more lighting , a closet and more drawers, nice ambiance! Breakfast can be improved, more fruit, maybe some berries, and the juice selection was poor, the rest very good, scrambled eggs a la francaise delicious!
