The breakfast was good...portion servings small. Dining area not much space. no kettle in room.... sewer stench from toilet, giving out bad smell in bathroom...door has to remain closed.

Properly was clean and we’ll presented even when checking in early, the room was ready and staff were efficient in there instructions and communicated in both French and English No major issues: the room was extremely hot in the heatwave and door keys were stiff and hard to open at times

Wonderful location near Canal St Martin! I had a long layover so only had one night in Paris and this is the best neighborhood to stay in for a short visit. Very affordable accommodations for a clean and comfortable lodging in a beautiful classic Parisian building. They even gave me a better room than I had originally booked which was a nice surprise. And staff was welcoming and helpful and having someone there at the front desk at all hours helped me feel safe as a solo traveler coming and going at any hour.

Well located for stations and the St Martins canal area The mattress covers need an urgent wash- discovered when we stripped beds on departure. However the rest of the cleaning was excellent and the cleaning staff amenable and friendly.
