Just the location, ONLY! I hate the rude and the bad service my family had. They treated us like a ! I won’t never ever forget the way they treated me when I asked for a fan or just for a piece of information. They’re so rude, so dirty and don’t care about your wellbeing. The first night I found a lot of scattered piece of women’s hair on my bed, also I got multiples bug bites on my arms. The building was under construction and they didn’t let us know. The noise of the construction was so loud that made us to wake up at 7am! In the last day, the fire alarm went on so loud that everyone had to go outside. It was terrible! Never again! ♂️

Location was fine. I was very disappointed with my visit. I was booked a room for three people but at the day of my arrival the room was not ready. The hostess offered me three options - to get a room for three people but without a toilet and a shower in a room, to get two rooms, one with a shower and toilet for one person and the second one, for two people without any facilities. The third option was to cancel my booking which was not possible at that moment. I got two rooms and both of them were unbelievably dirty. Black mould in the shower, dirty bedding, no air conditioning at all. Rooms were stuffy and small. But the worse of all were bedbugs. My friend was bitten and has big red blisters all over her body. It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Avoid it in any case.

Bed was relatively comfy, and short walk from the metro station. Bathroom was disgusting, with unclean floors and pungent sewage smell. Exposed nails around the room under the TV and next to the bed. Construction scaffold outside a window that opens like a door resulted in limited privacy. We had to keep our room key in a bowl at reception when leaving property which made us fear for our valuables as anyone could have taken the key. 36 degree heat in Paris and they charged 12 Euros for a small tabletop fan to rent for 1 night.

There were lots of outlets and the bed was comfy. The location was nice, given it was away from many touristy areas. The room was connected to the shower, and the toilet was located in the shower. The shower did not drain, so we were constantly turning off the shower while using it to try to avoid flooding the bedroom. There was no AC, and we traveled in a very intense heat wave so sleeping was difficult. There was also construction from 7-9am every morning.

Nothing. Worst ever experience. Never book this hotel. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is completely different from what was advertised on Booking.com. The entire building is covered in scaffolding and plastic sheets due to major construction work, but this was never disclosed before we booked. Because of the construction, we couldn’t open the windows, leaving the room with no fresh air. The room was extremely hot, stuffy, and felt suffocating. There was also an unpleasant smell, and we had no privacy because the scaffolding and workers were directly outside our windows. The room was not clean when we checked in, and it remained dusty throughout our stay. The hotel advertises daily housekeeping, but this simply did not happen. Despite asking the staff every day, our room was not cleaned. The bedsheets were never changed, and we were not provided with fresh towels even after requesting them multiple times. Check-in was also a frustrating experience. The hotel refused to accept contactless payment or a bank transfer and insisted on a physical bank card, even though this requirement was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process. We ended up wasting almost two hours trying to resolve the issue. The worst part is that the booking had a no-refund policy, so we had no choice but to stay despite the poor conditions. We had already paid, and it felt like a complete waste of money. The room was so uncomfortable that it was difficult to stay inside for even 10 minutes. If we had known about the ongoing construction, lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping, payment issues, and overall condition of the hotel, we would never have booked this property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these issues are resolved.

Leaving it after 1 day of a three day stay and moving to another property The website had an AI version of the rooms, everything was broken and dirty. The hotel should be shut whilst the building works are taking place. Booking.com complaints were useless as-well, no investigation, no refund and the AI pictures are still on the site. AVOID at all costs.

Not a single thing Everything. The room was moldy the beds didn’t feel feel clean. The shower was covered in mold. There was no soap or towels. The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows and there was scaffolding outside so anyone could have looked in the room or worse tried to come in. This also meant we couldn’t have the window open and it was one of the hottest days of all time in Paris. Didn’t feel very safe at all. Our room was alsmot given away despite being in communication with the property about being up to an hour late which they were completely fine with. We ended up being only 15 minutes late and if we had been a minute later they would have sold our room to someone else as the person they were selling it to was attempting to pay when we entered the property. So if they had not been having payment issues we would have been left with no place to stay. All in all did not feel safe as we were only three young women. If I could ask for a refund I would.
